Astral Travel

Most humans believe we have one body, but in truth we are made up of four bodies simultaneously coinciding in space. In addition to our physical body,  we have a second body which is called the ‘etheric’ body. This etheric body is also sometimes referred to as an Aura. The aura (your etheric body) is an invisible electro-magnetic field surrounding your physical body.  Your aura helps stimulate and maintain your physical body’s electrical system.

Your third body is known as the astral body or sometimes the emotional body. This is an opalescent body which is superimposed over the physical body. It is linked to the body through a silver ethereal cord.  This body is capable of separating from the physical in an astral projection during sleep or at will.

Your fourth body is known as the mental body or sometimes it is referred to as the casual body. It is believed that this body is made up of energy vibrations which are not visible to the human eye. It is also believed that this body determines through our vibrations, the next future incarnation and lessons that we will need to learn.
