Never Give Up!

By June 4, 1940, Nazi Germany had already rolled over Poland, Belgium, France and much of Europe and was now setting its eyes on England. The British had just completed the evacuation of its Allied troops from Dunkirk, France, and its people were frightened, anticipating a German invasion at any moment.

Prime Minister Winston Churchill, seeking to reassure his people, went to the House of Commons and stood before the packed chamber to make a nationally-broadcast address.

“Even though large tracts of Europe and many old and famous States have fallen or may fall into the grip of the Gestapo and all the odious apparatus of Nazi rule, we shall not flag or fail,” told his rapt audience. “We shall go on to the end. We shall fight in France. We shall fight on the seas and oceans. We shall fight with growing confidence and growing strength in the air. We shall defend our Island, whatever the cost may be. We shall fight on the beaches. We shall fight on the landing grounds. We shall fight in the fields and in the streets. We shall fight in the hills. We shall never surrender!”

England, with the help of the Allies, went on to defeat the seemingly unstoppable German war machine and saved the world from Nazi domination. As Churchill proved, with the right attitude, anything is possible. You can even change the world.

Whether your goal is to further your career, succeed in love and romance, become a sports champion, gain fame and notoriety, lose weight, quit smoking or drinking or any other personal ambition, staying motivated and keeping your attention focused on your ultimate aspiration is critical. Becoming distracted or letting failure derail your plans will never let you get what you want.

The only way to win is to keep on trying. As basketball superstar Michael Jordan put it, “I’ve missed more than 9,000 shots in my career. I’ve lost almost 300 games. 26 times I’ve been trusted to take the game winning shot and missed. I’ve failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed.”

In this article, you will find 70 tips to keep you on track so that you can continue to strive to achieve your dream despite any setback, any failure, any distraction, and any mistake. In the words of American industrialist Henry Ford, “Whether you think you can or think you can’t, you’re right.”

1. Worst Case Scenario – At the start of the day, think about the absolute worst thing that could happen. How likely is it that things would get so bad? Probably not very. Remind yourself that even if the worst occurs, you have what it takes to overcome any situation, no matter how terrible.

2. It’s the Journey, Not the Destination – Living in the moment is the best source of motivation you will ever find. Enjoy the day to day experience of living your life, both when things are going well and when you are dealing with problems. It will give you a better appreciation of who you are and what you can contribute to the world around you.

3. Power Up! – Success requires a lot of energy. To get what you want, you’ll need the physical strength to achieve it. Take care of your body, exercise regularly, eat right and eliminate processed foods, fast foods and other toxins from your environment. This will strengthen your body, your mind and also your will, and give you the endurance you need to do whatever you want to accomplish. When you feel better, you’ll be better!

4. Today Is All You Can Influence – Accomplishing long term goals is a moment by moment activity. You can’t change what has happened in the past, but you can influence what will happen in the future by focusing on achieving the goals you set for yourself each day. Do the very best you can with what you have to work with right now. If you do, the future will take care of itself.

5. Be Inspired Passion — People who don’t care, don’t succeed. Passion is one part emotion and one part commitment. If you have committed but no passion, your work will be dull. If you have passion, but no commitment, your work will be undirected. But when the two come together and you bring real passion to what you do each day, there can be no stopping you.

6. Create a Motivational Environment – Your workplace needs to inspire you, whether it’s an office, a playing field, or wherever you are going to spend the biggest part of your day. Make it a place that you will want to look forward to going. Make sure it’s always neat, organised and trash- and clutter-free. Personalise your space with family photos that make you smile or a small plant. Include motivational triggers that will remind you of your goals and dreams and inspire you to keep striving to achieve them.

7. Your Word Is Your Bond – Living up to the promises you make, both big and small, is what defines you in the eyes of other people. Always stand by your words and take what you promise others with the utmost seriousness. This will improve your personal and professional reputation and also motivate you to get things done. By locking yourself into living up to your verbal commitments, you can create the inspiration you need to live up to the biggest promises you make to yourself: Achieving your ultimate goals.

8. Share Your Knowledge with Others – When you share what you know with others, you will create new confidence in yourself, especially when you see other people achieve their goals with your help. When we help other people, it also can create clarity in your own mind about where your true talents lie and what you are capable of achieving.

9. Nurture Positive Habits – About 80 % of the things we do each day are habitual, meaning we do them without thinking about them. Developing good habits and breaking bad habits will allow you to spend more than half your time working toward your goals on autopilot. Make a list of the successful habits that you need to develop, then train yourself to start performing them daily until they become second nature.

10. Jump Out of Bed – Begin your day with a flourish and that intensity can follow you the rest of your day. Give yourself a great reason to get out of bed every morning, then attack the day with a high level of passion and intensity. Every day holds at least one exciting thing. Ask yourself, “What will today’s be?”

11. Use Measurable Objectives – You can accomplish any goal by breaking it down into a series of smaller steps. Set a long-term goal for yourself, then create milestones to measure how close you are getting to achieving it each day, week and month. Mark your milestones down on a calendar and hang it somewhere that you will see it each day. Celebrate victories and course-correct when you fall behind your objectives.

12. The Power of In-TEN-sity – You can do anything for 10 minutes, right? Whenever you are feeling tired, beaten or worn out, or are facing an unpleasant task, commit to working intensely for just another ten minutes. Usually, by the time the ten minutes are up, you will have found a new solution or something else to inspire you to keep going. Pushing yourself to get started can give you the momentum to push past obstacles.

13. A Mighty Oak Comes from a Tiny Acorn – Remind yourself that the small tasks you perform each day are leading toward your ultimate objective. Focus not just on what you are doing, but why you are doing it. What will be the long-term result of the thousands of tiny short-term tasks you perform each day? You can motivate yourself during the “small stuff” by thinking about how they will shape you as a person.

14. Be Grateful – Say “thank you” more often than you do now. People appreciate it when you appreciate them. Being grateful creates humility, and humility leads to grace, which is a fullness of the heart. By practising gratitude until it becomes second nature, the list of things in your life that you are grateful for will grow larger each day. Gratitude is also the opposite of complaining. So being positively grateful, you can avoid the negativity of complaining.

15. Use Web Research to Make Yourself Better – One of the greatest things about living in the 21st Century is that you have access to virtually unlimited resources right at your fingertips via the Internet. During free moments, go online to look for motivational blogs, forums, articles and other resources you can use to get tips on living a happier, more productive life. Bookmark the places you like best so you can return to them whenever you need inspiration.

16. Prep for Success – Whenever there’s a big job ahead of you, get ready by doing all the advance work you can ahead of time. Gather the tools and resources you will need and set them into place so they are ready when you need them. The very act of preparing can reduce the anxiety of being unprepared. Plus, you will be able to dive right in and get started without stalling when it’s time to get the job done.

17. Clarify Your Thoughts by Giving a Speech – It often helps to work through a problem by pretending to give a speech on the subject. This requires you to frame the problem in a recognisable structure: Outline what the problem is, what’s causing it, what are the possible solutions, and which solution you recommend. Not only will it help you find ways to work through problems, but you will already be prepared whenever somebody asks your opinion on the subject.

18. Make It Easy to See Your Goals – If your goals are hidden under a pile of papers or stuffed into a drawer, it will be harder for you to stay focused on them. Make your targets highly visible: Print up colourful signs or write them on Post-Its and leave them around your workplace, car and home. Set up your Outlook to send you daily reminders to keep you focused. Do whatever you can to keep your goals in the forefront of your attention.

19. Don’t Forget to Relax – Nobody can succeed if they are stressed out and anxious all the time. Take an occasional “breather” by using deep breathing techniques to relax your mind and body.

Inhale deeply and slowly through your nose, then exhale slowly through your mouth, pushing all the air out of your lungs. Repeat this three times and the additional oxygen it pushes into your bloodstream will help you relax and achieve mental clarity.

20. Keep Your Gas Tank Full – What happens if you drive around all day without ever stopping for gas? In the same way, you eventually will run out of fuel if you don’t give yourself the revitalisation you need to keep going. Schedule breaks at regular intervals to have a leisurely cup of tea or coffee, take a brisk walk outside, or call or text a friend to check in on how they are doing. You will return to your work refreshed and re-energised.

21. Optimise Your Working Environment – A great working environment is defined by three things: It’s a place where you can be proud of what you do; It’s a place where you enjoy who you work with, And it’s a place where you trust the people you work for. If any of these three elements are missing from your work, it’s going to be harder for you to achieve your goals and it may be time to consider making a change.

22. Fake It ‘Til You Make It – If you don’t always feel motivated, act as if you are motivated and you can create the desired feeling. Once you’ve gotten the ball rolling, you will find yourself genuinely engaged in your work.

23. Be a Doer Not a Thinker – It’s easy to overthink a problem and lose your momentum or inertia. This process sometimes referred to as “paralysis by analysis”, can be dangerous because it can sidetrack you from your objectives. Be a person of action and don’t be afraid to make decisions. Mistakes are going to be made, but you can learn from these mistakes so that you can do a better job next time. The only way not to succeed is to not act. Indecision leads to a disaster every time.

24. Enter into a Contract with Yourself – A contract is a legally binding document that sets a defined set of requirements on both parties. Enter into a contract with yourself that requires you to achieve your objectives within a set period of time. Write an actual contract, sign it, date it and put it somewhere safe. The knowledge that such a binding contract exists can help keep you motivated toward achieving your goals.

25. When You Get Stuck, Aim for Small Victories – You can keep your forward momentum going even when you get stuck on a problem by targeting tiny triumphs. Accomplishing quick, easy goals generates positive feelings that you can use to keep you moving past obstacles and toward your ultimate objective. You will be inspired to keep repeating that satisfying experience of crossing yet another task off your list.

26. Rewards Matter – Psychology tells us that humans respond most productively when there is the promise of a reward at the end of a given task. Create rewards for yourself for achieving your short- term objectives. They don’t have to be grand, expensive prizes. Find affordable, healthy rewards that you will appreciate. When you know there is a tangible reward at the end of your day, it’s often enough to keep you going even when you don’t want to.

27. Visualise the Payoff – Visualisation exercises help create the proper mindset for success. Take the time to focus on what your life will be like once you achieve your objective. How will you feel? What will other people think about you? Will there be physical, emotional and psychological rewards for reaching your goal? Put yourself in that picture and it can keep you inspired as you work toward achieving your ultimate objective.

28. De-Complicate Complicated Tasks – If there is a particularly complicated task lying ahead of you, it can seem overwhelming and unachievable. But if you break that task into a series of simple, uncomplicated steps, you can remove the stress and focus on achieving only the next simple task in front of you. As you move through each simple task, it will motivate you to keep going.

29. Use Positive Self-Reinforcement – Have you ever noticed that an employee or co-worker will work harder after they’ve been recognised them for doing a good job with a pat on the back or some sort of public recognition. Use that same type of positive reinforcement to motivate yourself. Recognise when you’ve done something extraordinary and take pride in your work. It will make you more likely to work even harder next time.

30. Acknowledge Negative Feelings, But Don’t Hold On to Them – It’s not healthy to suppress negative thoughts or let bad feeling bottle up inside you. When you are having negative thoughts or feelings, it’s okay to acknowledge them. But it’s also necessary to release them. You will accept a negative feeling if you ignore it or let it keep eating away at you. Recognise them for what they are, give yourself a few minutes to let yourself experience them, then move on.

31. Use Checklists – Checklists are useful in keeping yourself on task and not skipping or missing any steps. Before you being a task, break it down into a series of steps and then use those steps as the basis for your checklist. As you move through the task, put a check mark next to the steps you’ve accomplished and move on to the next task on your list. This will help you move through the job smoothly and efficiently.

32. Pay Attention to Opportunities – There are always two ways of looking at things: Something can be either an obligation or an opportunity. Problems can be either setbacks or learning experiences. Instead of thinking, “It’s my job to do …”, approach tasks with the mindset of “This is an opportunity for me to …” That way you will do things because you want to, not because you feel you have to.

33. Clarify Your True Desires – What is it you truly want? Clarifying your real objectives makes it easier for you to achieve them because you don’t waste time chasing secondary or tertiary objectives. If you aren’t sure what you want, answer this question:
“If you never had to worry about earning money for the rest of your life, what would you do with your life?” The answer is your true desire.

34. Create Energy Flow in Your Body – You can’t have mental, emotional and physical energy if you are sedentary all the time. Make it a point to stand up and move around frequently. Keep your heart pumping, your muscles loose and your mind sharp by standing, stretching, walking and moving. It’s the best way to keep energised, even better than a cup of coffee or a power drink. Plus, it will help you sleep better at night.

35. Surround Yourself With People Who Share Your Passions– Enthusiasm is contagious, so when you are around people who are passionate about the same things you are, it’s easier to remain motivated toward achieving your goals. Don’t waste time with naysayers or negative people. Seek out friends, co-workers and acquaintances who share your goals and interests and who will be supportive of your efforts to achieve them.

36. Seek Out the Answers to Secrets – Success leaves clues. Follow these clues to learn the secrets successful people have used to stay motivated. Ask questions. Seek out advice. In most cases, successful people will be more than happy to share what they know with you and are generous with their wisdom.

37. Procrastination Is Your Enemy – In the groundbreaking motivational guide “Success through a Positive Mental Attitude”, Napoleon Hill famously interjected “Do it now!” as a rallying cry for successful people. Never delay or procrastinate or your opportunities may be lost. Your time is the one thing you can never get back. Treat your time like it’s a valuable commodity.

38. “Don’t Worry, Be Happy” – Obnoxious as it was, that song from the 1980s carried a powerful message. Happiness is something you choose, not something that happens to you. When you are enjoying your life and your work, you will approach challenges with vigour rather than with dread. You will be energised to succeed, and all it takes is making up your mind to be happy.

39. Don’t Keep Your Goals to Yourself – Open up to other people about what it is you want to accomplish. This creates a support system that you can rely upon for encouragement when you need it. It’s also harder to go back on the promises you make to yourself when you know other people are expecting you to keep them.

40. Focus on Positivity and Tune Out Negativity – It’s always easier to find excuses or reasons something won’t work, but that kind of thinking never created anything great. It’s okay to acknowledge flaws, but don’t let them be your sole focus. Instead, keep a positive attitude and truly believe that you can overcome any obstacle, achieve anything you truly desire and become the person you were meant to be.

41. Continually Challenge Yourself – When you reach plateaus, bust through them by continually challenging yourself to do more and to work harder. Don’t rest on earlier successes. Discover what you can do to take it to the next level so you can reach your ultimate objective more quickly.

42. Prepare Yourself for the Day that Lies Ahead of You – Rather than diving into the deep end, ease yourself into your day by thinking about what lies ahead, analysing the challenges you can face, and visualising how you can succeed. In the same way that stretching helps prevent injuries when exercising, preparing mentally for your workday can increase your productivity, prevent you from being stressed, and ultimately help you progress toward your goals.

43. Use FIDO – The US Marines have a saying that goes, “Forget It and Drive On”. When you make a mistake or encounter something negative, don’t get caught up on it or dwell on it too long. Wallowing in the past won’t help make your future better, it will only delay you and make you more negative. If mistakes were made, pick yourself up, brush yourself off, and start all over again.

44. Don’t Let Negative People Affect You – Not everybody is going to be as motivated as you. Every day, you will encounter people who have a negative attitude toward life. Don’t let them get to you. You may not be able to change the way they think, but you can change the way you think about them. Share your dreams and ambitions with people who will appreciate them. Don’t waste your time with those who aren’t going to support you.

45. Treat Every Day as if It’s Your First Day – Remember the enthusiasm and curiosity you brought to the first day of school or the first day of a new job? Sustain that type of interest and ambition every day and you will continually strive to succeed and impress other people. This is especially helpful when you are facing an unpleasant task. Act as if you are auditioning for your current position and you will find that you will be giving it your best effort.

46. View Mistakes as “Teaching Moments” – Everybody makes mistakes. But not everybody learns from them. When you mess up, think about what you did wrong and promise yourself that you will do better next time. Set a time limit for analysing your mistake – a few minutes or so – then move on and never dwell on it again.

47. Immune Yourself Against “Destination Disease” – Destination disease is another term for complacency. For some people, when they achieve their goal they become comfortable. This prevents them from growing and achieving more. But not you. Never be satisfied, even after you achieve your ultimate objectives. There’s always more that life offers. It’s up to you to go out and get it.

48. Be Organised In Everything You Do – Organisation makes your life easier. Disorder causes distraction and delay. Why do you think the military is so compulsive about organisation? Your workspace, schedule, activities and everything else in your life need to be as organised as possible so you can stay on task without losing momentum and commitment. Clarity and orderliness allow your mind to focus on more important issues because you don’t have to worry about the small stuff.

49. View Your Life as a Movie – Hollywood movies have happy endings because somebody sat down and wrote them that way. Script your own life, giving it the happy ending that you want. Then stick to the script. You may have to rewrite some parts as you go along, but if you follow your life’s screenplay, you can arrive at where you want to be when the credits roll.

50. Smile – Psychological studies have shown that people who make an effort to smile are happier than people who let situations dictate their emotions. Keep a smile on your face as much as possible and other people will be more comfortable with you, will like you more, and will want to help you achieve your goals. Your smile may even be infectious!

51. practice Self-Discipline – Discipline is the ability to do what needs to be done even when you don’t feel like doing it. Train yourself to separate your feelings and emotions from the job and just do what needs to be done. Soon, it will become second nature and you will always have the self-discipline to keep moving forward toward your goals.

52. Find Inspiration in Other People – Turn to inspirational books, movies, speeches, courses and other resources to keep yourself motivated. There are many successful people who have made it their goal to help other people improve their lives. Take advantage of this generosity by seeking out inspiring personal stories about other people’s accomplishments.

53. Look at Problems from Different Perspectives – When facing challenges, call upon the knowledge and experience you already have accumulated in your life. Ask yourself, “What do I know about this problem that already works?” “What do I know won’t work?” and “What don’t I already know and still need to learn to resolve this issue?” This helps you approach problems from different angles and use your life history to work through them.

54. Calculate Your “Hours of Power” – Different people are more energised at certain times of the day than others. For example, there are “morning people” and “night people”. Keep track of your energy level every hour for a week, writing down on a notepad how energised you are on a scale of 1 to 10. At the end of the week, look for patterns where your energy was the highest each day. Those are the “hours of power” when you can be most productive at working toward your goals.

55. Don’t Get Hung Up on Money – Most people think of money as the way we keep score of success, but this is a flawed viewpoint. There are lots of rich people who aren’t happy and lots of people without money who are successful. Money won’t buy you true happiness or even success. So don’t think that you are going to find contentment once you achieve a certain income level or bank account.

56. Change the Scenery Occasionally – Getting away for a while is a great way to recharge your batteries and get you ready to be more energised so you can keep fighting for what you want when you return. Plan a trip someplace you have never been before and soak in the scenery. Take a relaxing vacation from your worries and ambitions, even if it’s just for a day or even a few hours. You will return refreshed, rested and stronger than ever before.

57. Be an Example for Others – Provide positive support for the people around you and live your life as if you are in a fishbowl and somebody is always watching you. This will prevent you from making stupid mistakes and experiencing unnecessary setbacks. It will also inspire other people to be more like you, which is rewarding on its own.

58. Constantly Seek Ways to Improve – There’s always something you can do to make the outcome better next time. Find it.

59. Build Your Foundation First – Any structure is only as strong as the foundation upon which it is built. Your life is no exception. Make sure you have a firm sense of values and purpose and you can withstand any difficult times life throws at you.

60. Be an Explainer, Not a Complainer – Avoid the temptation to blame others for mistakes or shirk responsibility. Instead, when you make an error, have the maturity to admit it, figure out what went wrong and move on.

61. Learn from Other People’s Mistakes – When others err, learn from them the same way you learn from your own mistakes. This has the double benefit of providing you with valuable lessons and not having to deal with the “blame game” and the consequences of making errors.

62. Become a Collector of Motivational Quotes – Some people collect stamps. Others collect exotic beer cans or fishing lures. Make your hobby something that will help keep you on track toward achieving your goals. Collect motivational quotes and keep them in a file that you can access whenever you need inspiration.

63. Set Your Alarm 30 Minutes Earlier – People complain that there are never enough hours in the day to accomplish everything they need to do, but here’s a great way to “find time”. You will be amazed at how productive you can be when you simply get out of bed a half hour earlier than you normally do.

64. Avoid Comparing Yourself to Other People – Everybody is unique. No two people had the exact same experiences, opportunities and choices. While it’s helpful to find inspiration in other successful people, it’s not productive to compare yourself negatively to them.

65. Use Affirmations to Shut Down Negativity – Often, negative thoughts can get in the way of what we want to accomplish. But you can silence that tiny negative voice in your head by shouting over it with affirmations whenever it starts speaking to you.

66. Keep a Journal – Every day, write down what you did to further yourself toward your objectives. This will motivate you throughout the day so that you will have something to add to your journal later.

67. Embrace Change – The only thing we know for certain is that nothing is for certain. When change happens, don’t resist it. Instead, embrace it as the next chapter in your life. As long as you are motivated to achieve your success, change can never set you back very far. And it often offers an opportunity.

68. Don’t Get Obsessed with Perfection – Getting it right is important, but trying to get it perfect every time will only delay and distract you on your path toward success. Do you very best, but don’t expect perfection every time. Even the best hitters in baseball only connect with the ball once every three times at the plate.

69. Ask for Help When You Need It – No man is an island. Everybody occasionally needs the help of other people in order to succeed. Don’t be too proud to ask others for help. That’s what your support system is there for in the first place.

70. It’s Not Always All About You – Everybody’s life has its ups and downs. Going it alone won’t make it any easier. Let other people into your life so you can celebrate your successes and make your failure s more endurable. Nobody is an island. Your life touches many other people. Be aware of this and let it help make your journey easier.

In this guide, we have provided 70 tips designed to motivate you to never give up on your dreams and ambitions. But the truth is that nobody can motivate anybody to do anything. The only thing a person can do is offer them the inspiration and incentive they need to motivate themselves.

The 70 techniques described here can all be boiled down to three keys to successful living:

Being willing to leave your comfort zone

Not being afraid to make mistakes

Not indulging in self-limiting thinking.

As has been stated repeatedly, mistakes are going to happen. You can prepare as much as possible, but the unexpected will always occur sooner or later. Successful people don’t let setbacks and obstacles stop them from moving toward their ultimate objectives. Instead, they continually commit themselves to happiness and positive thinking, no matter what happens.

By keeping your eye on the prize and daring to dream big, you can achieve anything you want in life.

Good luck!

Top 9 Life Lessons from 100 Year Olds

This is a great article by my friend Greg Thurston
Creator of 7 Minute Mindfulness

Watching videos of centurions, you start to see a theme: they seem content.

That might be shocking to younger people, especially anyone who fears old age. Maybe we fear missing out on opportunities in life, and worry that we’ll find ourselves too old to do things.

But we have many interviews of people 100 and older, and they love to share about their lives and offer advice to the rest of us.

Dr. Mercola (of the Mercola Video Library) interviewed three centurions for this very information, and many other people have as well.

Quite a few of us (more now than ever) have relatives or know someone who is 100 or over.

One lady I know who is 104 is full of sassy attitude and enjoys talking to people.

From this wealth of information, we can form the following ten lessons.

1. Happiness comes from what we do

At 100 years old, or older, people don’t seem to sit around and smile about the things they accumulated in life.

Rather, it’s more about their life experiences. Happy memories can go a long ways toward happiness later on!

One man over 100 years old said he did all he wanted to do. Now he wants to be helpful and keep going.

“I have so many beautiful memories,” said a woman over 100. “I got to do all the things I wanted to.”

That tells us to jump in and live life – remember that it’s about really living and making memories with people we love.

Science backs this up as well. We know people derive more happiness that is long-term from experiences such as vacations rather than from possessions.

2. Happiness comes from a positive attitude and optimism

People over 100 seem to remember life through rose tinted glasses, making it sound like an adventure even through hard times, like war.

“I’ve always been lucky,” says one centurion despite living through 2 great wars!

She also talked about how “everything makes me happy. I love talking to people… going shopping.”

Common advice from people who are doing well at 100 is to “Decide to be content.” Others say, “Don’t chase happiness. Just be satisfied.”

Deciding life is good changes our perception and makes life better, and apparently it helps you live much longer!

3. Happiness comes from living in the NOW

Age is only a number. You live for the day and keep going.

This is wisdom from someone with a very long past-but they enjoy the present.

The past is the past; we can’t change it. But we can rob ourselves of our present happiness and good emotional health by hanging onto old regrets, grudges, and pain.

To experience the ultimate feelings of inner calm and living in the now, I highly recommend that you follow this link…

You’ll gain inner peace, happiness and feel ‘uncluttered’ in your life.

4. Love and Partnership is critical for long life

Centurions often talk about their “good” marriage, all their happy memories, and all their good times together. It’s another area where they might be applying rose-tinted glasses, but it’s apparent that they got emotional support and felt like they have a life partner.

They also say that people today give up too easily these days-so there was hard work involved, but at the end of their life that part isn’t really important anymore.

“Being happily married and happy in general is the remedy for all illness.”

We don’t have studies on how marriage or long-term relationships affect life span, but you don’t have to be a scientist to take note: centurions all speak about their decades long marriage with a smile on their face.

Even people who have been widowed for a few decades say they have many, many warm memories about their married life, and that still makes them happy.

5. Eat natural, real food to feel good and live long

Many people who are 100 say they feel strong and like they’re 69 or 79. These are the people who stay active physically and mentally, and have a lot to share with other people.

Many people over 100 talk about eating fresh food that they grew themselves.

And older people will tell you over and over: eat in moderation!

6. Learn to adapt for a better and longer life

“Life goes on regardless” is a common theme. People who live well into old age understand that there is hardship in life but they know life goes on and they must too.

If you live 7, 8, 9, 10 or more decades, you’re going to see a lot of change.

People who adapt and change with the times do better. It’s part of having a positive attitude-they’re excited for new opportunities instead of fearing change.

7. Help others

Helping others is one way to build relationships and connections, and it makes you feel great.

It’s another common theme among people who live to be over 100.

Being kind and helping others gives you a sense of purpose too, and it fights depression and anxiety. Not only that, it’s a way of staying active and productive after you retire.

It’s a win-win for everyone involved, and being older and retired can mean having more time for volunteering.

8. Always learn!

Older people will advise to get a good education to help you go far in life, and science has shown that people with a Bachelor’s degree actually do live about a decade longer than people who don’t have one. (From the U.S. Centers for Disease an Control Prevention)

Older people will tell you to keep learning all through life, both in and out of school.

Be curious-it makes life more interesting and fun. And it helps you stay engaged with life and the changing technology and times. That helps you adapt too.

¿Qué son los ángeles?

Angel 22 - Cropped

Why Choose A Guided Meditation?

Did you know that doing a guided meditation is a great way to help you:-

  • Reduce stress
  • Heal yourself
  • Increase your psychic ability
  • Eliminate emotional pain
  • Find inner peace and contentment
  • Achieve self-confidence

The great thing about doing a guided meditation is that you can use them wherever you are. There are many websites that talk about the health benefits of doing a guided meditation, and if you’re unsure about how to meditate, or you would prefer to be taught about meditation, not only do we offer guided meditation in Cd/Mp3/DVD formats, we also offer guided meditation webinars which you join in and share your experiences online live with other meditators around the world.

To do a meditation, it is best to find somewhere where you won’t be disturbed. We often recommend that if you are listening to a meditation on your computer that you remember to switch off your notifications and alerts, along with your mobile phone so you won’t be disturbed during the meditation session.

Why choose us for your guided meditation needs?

As you listen to one of our meditations, you will be guided through the meditation, as if you were listening to a story. We have a wide range of meditations that range in time scales so you can choose a short or long guided meditation to suit the time you have available.

People often think meditation is hard, but meditation is really just focusing on something to the point of excluding everything else that is going on around them. When you are tuned into a really great film or television programme, you are already meditating.

Meditation offers the opportunity to calm yourself down mentally, emotionally and physically. You don’t even have to strike any strange poses, as long as you are relaxed and in a comfortable position, you will find doing a guided meditation helps you put everything back into perspective so that you feel more centred and able to handle the daily stresses of living.

During our guided meditations we help you to focus on relaxing the body and using the breath to help ease you into feeling more calm and at peace. During the meditation you may be asked to imagine, visualize or feel a specific scene so that your experience is really enjoyable, easy and fun to do.

If you’re unsure of which guided meditation to begin with here are a few you may like to try to begin with:-

All of our guided meditations are available in Cd and MP3 format.

Why It Can Pay You To Have A Psychic Reading with Jill

45845_461042347282720_87223362_nHave you often considered having a psychic reading and then discounted it? Perhaps you were put off by the cost of a reading, or the hustle and bustle of busy life sometimes gets in your way of making time.

Travelling around the world, as well as up and down the breadth of the UK, I have a fabulous time meeting people who are open to embracing change, looking at their lives and how they can make things better.

A spiritual guidance or psychic tarot reading can offer you a lot of insight, perhaps highlight opportunities you didn’t see existed. A spiritual guidance or psychic reading is more than what ‘might’ happen in your future, it helps you look at the ‘NOW’ and this is the key to ensuring that your future is as you would want it to be.

Here is an email I received after doing a reading for a lady at the recent Gorton Monastery Mind Body Spirit Fair …

Hi Jill

Great to meet you on Sunday at the Monastery – thanks to your guidance, the cost of it was recouped today…!
I saw you quite late on Sunday afternoon for an Angel reading. At the end, you gave me a feedback form which I flipped over to see number 78. We chatted for a bit about numbers and how I seem to get signs from my angels that way. 78 meant absolutely nothing at the time but I knew I had to stay open to it – it’s cost me money in the past by not trusting. I was doing my daily trawl through the horse racing cards this morning and there it was – 2 horses running in the 16.20 at Brighton, both rated at 78. Put them together in forecasts and they delivered.
You are really, really special. Thank you again.
Love and light
Pam Robinson
As a level-12 psychic medium, I don’t have to be with you to give you a reading, here is a client of mine from LA, USA Paul Williams who recently needed greater direction and focus, here’s what he had to say… “Hi, I just wanted to say a big thank you for my reading. I was amazed at
the information that came through. It helped me to really understand who I am and how some of my behaviour is stopping me from being promoted at work. I was also surprised that it showed me how I can cause issues in my relationship, which I hadn”t realised before. My wife has already seen an improvement, so thanks for that. So, for any of you guys out there, who need to change their life for the better, I would really recommend this reading. I particularly liked the specific information that related to my life purpose, I didn’t realise there were options for me to choose from. I thought there was only one. This reading has been the breakthrough I need, so I can now see, how to get to where I want to go. Thank you once again.”

If you’re in the UK, and I am coming to a venue near you, you can often get money off discounts on the price of a reading is you prebook, to check out if I am going to be near you, simply go to: – http://www.angelguidedmeditations.com/events-295-p.asp
Alternatively if you’d prefer a reading via Skype/Facetime you can go here for more information:- http://www.angelguidedmeditations.com/skype—facetime-psychic-tarot-reading-293-p.asp
If you are seeking specific spiritual guidance about your soul, your life’s purpose, the karmic patterns you hold and how to move through and remove your karma, then take advantage of our Metatronic Soul Blueprint Reading and Therapy session. This will go through your blueprint, and look at what you need to do to heal each physical and spiritual aspect your soul is working on, along with the mission your soul has set for itself.

Are You Consciously or Unconsciously Living?

canstockphoto4582004In our society, we are rewarded when we show consistency. Consistency creates feelings of security; reliability and order. However, how conscious are you, of ‘how’ your regular habits, may be restricting you from opportunities to improve the quality of your life?

Are you a creature of habit? Is your life a routine of mundane chores, finishing off with watching the same television programmes, before retiring to bed?

Many people fear change. If we embrace change, it can make others wary, insecure and uncertain, as to whether it will change their relationship with you.  If you have been wanting to change your life, but weren’t sure of where to begin, the first place you might want to start, is by identifying where you unconsciously just do the same things. For example: –

Do you…

  • Shop at the same grocery stores week in and week out?
  • Go to the same coffee shop/café?
  • Go to the same town or shopping centre?
  • Watch the same television programmes?
  • Get up at the same time every day?
  • Go to bed at the same time every night?
  • Eat at a particular time, whether you are hungry or not?
  • Always order the same drinks?
  • Eat the same foods?
  • Read the same type of books?
  • Use particular brands and never consider trying something new?

Change happens and new opportunities come, when we try something different. Perhaps you might consider going to a different grocery store first. Small changes, be it a different television programme, or stopping for a cappuccino at a different café, can all help you to get comfortable with consciously thinking about your choices.

When we create a change in our everyday lives, we open up new doorways, and those doorways create possibilities. When we continually and unconsciously just keep doing the same things, day in and day out, we stagnate the energies around us and stagnation eventually becomes boring.

I once had a client who continually came to me for readings, because she wanted to know when she was going to find herself a man.  Every time she would ask the same question, and each time the answer seemed to be, there wasn’t one. She was continually being asked to embrace change, and her regular response was she didn’t have time, or she didn’t know what she wanted. This is where we often make the mistake of thinking we have to do something big. I suggested to her she began by going somewhere different, a different supermarket, or a different coffee shop. Surely she could do that, yes?

She didn’t look impressed, but said she would think about it. She couldn’t see how making these small changes would change anything, it all seemed trivial to her.  During her reading, it indicated that a chance meeting could be on the cards, but the outcome was undecided because my client was unclear about what she wanted.

I sent her home, asking her to consider what she wanted in her life. I told her to make a list of everything, no matter how impossible it would seem, and to then consider what she could do differently.

I asked her to focus on being more conscious of her choices and to try, where she could, to do whatever she normally did, differently.

She normally arose at 7am. She changed this to 6.30am and enjoyed a leisurely cup of tea in her conservatory, before getting dressed. She used this time to write in her journal, and consider the day ahead.

She also opted to drive to work a different route. She normally shopped during her lunch break, and admitted she had a tendency to just grab anything, so her diet was poor. She decided to swap her shopping at lunch, for a walk to the local park to eat her sandwich. On her way home, she opted to drop into a different supermarket and shop at her leisure in the evening.

Within a month of changing her routine, whilst shopping at the supermarket, she met a guy who was in the process of getting over his divorce. They laughed and joked when they saw each other and eventually he asked her out.  My client is now happy, she has her man. She also feels happier than ever before. On her last visit, she told me that she makes a point of ensuring she does something different every day, and through this she has made new friends, visited new places and experienced lots of wonderful new things in her life.

So you see, change needn’t be painful. It just requires us to be more conscious about what we are doing, and where we are doing it. It isn’t enough to hope that those people around you will change and help you to change. You have to begin making conscious choices to change something, even if it is just your routine.

If you’d like help in discovering what is blocking you in your life, feel free to contact me for a personal or professional insight reading. These readings will focus upon what you are doing that is creating barriers between you and where you want to be. You can check out the reading here: –

Improve Your Life with Guided Meditations

guided meditationMeditation – For years, scientists, psychologists, and civilisations have been baffled by its apparent mysticism and viable healing powers.

Origins of the spiritual practice date back to ancient China, when, in order to connect with a great power and receive a deeper understanding of life, the Buddha practiced the art under his faithful tree.

Many religions and individuals have experimented with various forms of meditation over the years in order to discover a level of harmony unknown to normal folks. While some types of meditation are great for improving discipline, some have scientifically acknowledged healing powers.

Guided Meditation

Like any skill or discipline, learning to meditate takes time. Various states need to be reached, and it can be a somewhat frustrating process to go through before noticeable gains become apparent.

Over recent years, newer ways to meditate have made there way onto the scene. One of those is the ever reliable guided meditation. A guided meditation can provide all of the benefits regular meditation provides, only… instantly. A greater sense of calm, a more profound connection with the world and improved clarity and focus can be all achieved after just one session.

How it works

When going through a guided meditation, an experienced meditator will take you through all of the stages you need to go through, in order to reach a relaxed, mentally open state. Very little effort is required on your part, making the success rate close to 100%.

In just a few days, you’ll experience some pretty profound brain changes which will allow you to focus better at work, and think clearer. After a few months, your creativity will grow exponentially and your lust for life will be visible to all. You’ll find that you’re healthier, calmer and more intelligent than you were pre-guided meditation.

You’ll also discover, if you’ve chosen to do a specific type of guided meditation, that goals will be reached more easily, and motivation to work towards a prize will be high, and will stay high.

The big picture

Thankfully there is a type of guided meditation for everybody. Angel meditations, de-stressors, depression eliminators, weight loss meditations, healing meditations and more, can all be found on our angelguidedmeditation.com site. Here, experts in the field of spirituality and meditation will help enable you to maximise your physical and spiritual potential, and realise the true power of meditation, something the wise have been doing since the dawn of time.

Here Comes The Judge

It seems we ruffled some feathers with our ‘judgement’ blog. Thanks to all of you who sent your supportive comments. A few unsubscribed.

I find it frustrating when we get judged by people who have not been present when Jill has channelled the angelic realm, who then write to say they know Jill is a false prophet.

Some of you have sat in front of her when she has channeled the Ascended Masters and Archangels. Some of you have had the life-changing opportunity to talk with them, one-to-one. Some of you have witnessed her channel on webinars; and there are those, who read a newsletter, form an opinion and unsubscribe, like this person below, but need to have a dig, without grace:

Unsubscribe Comments:

You have the intention to be very impressionable, hypocritical at times, I sense that you are intentionally or unintentionally brainwashing people with imprints just as the government does. The way you fired back a response at M, whom I agree with, is indeed questionable. I get very lethargic when I read your emails, I wonder why? I am from the Elven realm, uncicorns and fairies, I am an earth angel. Spirit is upset with false prophets claiming to be what they are not, you do not word things properly. Blessed Be.

Jill is a messenger. This person, like so many others, wants to shoot the messenger. Ascended Master Mary Magdalene taught us that grace is when you don’t give an opinion unless you are asked for it. I have to admit, my behavior is such, that I find that difficult.

The angelic realm has called Jill, Firecracker, Miss angry 2012, Snapdragon, Prune face, Miss raisin face, Milady; and many more creative names to describe her fiery behavior. All is in fun. You’ll find most of the names they have called her in our series of ‘Conversations with Archangels’ books here:

Jill was chosen to deliver messages, not because she was meek and mild and not because she would turn the other cheek.

You see, when you are up to your arse in alligators, it’s difficult to remember your original intention was to drain the swamp. Some people submit and get eaten alive. Some people give in after a struggle and drown; some people manage to get away, but never visit the swamp again, for fear of retribution; but Jill and I fight. We fight against all adversity to continue to deliver messages to mankind from the angelic realm.

We don’t show you all the adverse reactions we get, far from it. Jill and I have been called all sorts of names.

Yet, no-one does it to us face-to-face. It’s always at a distance, safe behind unknown closed walls via email.

Ascended Master Lord Sananda (walked as Jesus) once taught us about ‘turning the other cheek’. He told us we are a proud species and if challenged, to walk away, but if pushed, and your life, or your family’s life is threatened, fight, fight to the death if need be. Must admit, we were a little surprised at the time.

We are not living in fairyland, or a time of love and light. We are living in turbulent times, where we have to pull our heads out of the sand and pull down the veil of illusion. Our planet is dying. People are killing one another in the name of ‘their’ religion, and children are the collateral damage. We are dying from the food we eat. We are dying from the chemicals we use, and we are dying from the abundance of medicine and drugs, which we are freely given, without any thought of the consequences of the toxic chemical concoctions we swallow.

Unless we wake people up, to smell the roses, there will be no roses; they will be extinct. It’s a time to act, not just talk, or judge or moan.

Jill and I are just two people, trying to make people aware. You have choices. Choices whether to believe or not. Choices whether to do or not. Life is a choice. How you live your life is a choice.

But don’t expect to be able to live in fairyland, where all you see is love and light; and not eventually have bandits break your door down to rape and pillage; because unless we make people aware, and act with our mouths and our feet, anarchy is not long around the corner.

You might read this and think, well what can I do; I’m only one person; but this is what the powers that be, rely upon.

You can stop buying things made in places that support people at war. You can stop buying the crap processed food that is slowly killing people. You can plant seeds on Facebook. You can send our articles to others. You can recycle better. You can start to rid your home of chemicals. You can meditate and send out love. You can do group meditations, which is more powerful.

It’s 5.00pm UK time on 8th August and Jill has just joined a global group meditation with Oprah and Deepak Chopra to send out energy for peace on Planet Earth. We can all do ‘some’ thing.

As far as I am aware, We have never done anything, or said anything, or written anything, that is detrimental to mankind, or not in the best interests of the future of mankind, so I resent it when someone, who doesn’t know Jill, and wants to tell us she is upsetting spirit by being a false prophet.

Sananda taught us about forgiveness. He said forgiveness is when you let someone know how you feel about what they have done or said, tell them you forgive them, and then let them go, so they no longer have any hold on your energy; your thoughts. Think of it as a dismissal after they have hurt you, whether physical, emotional or mentally.

I guess the truth about Earth Angels really got to them; but in good grace, they are forgiven; and here’s to their good elf 🙂

And I know I may not word things properly; part of that is because I am a British Northerner; but what the hell is an uncicorn? 🙂

God Made Man in his Own Image?

(If you haven’t read the previous article this blog pertains to, you can read it here:- http://www.angelguidedmeditations.com/blog/2014/07/23/time-for-a-rant-about-truth-and-angels/)

Just had a really nice response from ‘M’

She really does seem to have her heart in the right place and is moving in the same direction as us,  she has once again given us inspiration fro another article.  Good on yer ‘M’. It’s a shame our unsubscribed Earth Angel won’t get to read this.

M wrote

Thank you Glenn, and Jill

There is something else I wanted to add:-

Yes, we are all human but we are all also divine.  We all contain that divine spark which is where I believe “created in His own image” comes from.   We are all connected and are part of “God” – no one is separate.  Our goal as light workers is to strive to send love and light to all those who are still “asleep” or living in ignorance.

I sometimes despair of what is going on our beautiful planet, but whenever I watch those disturbing images of war or natural disasters on the news I send love and light to all those involved (all of us!).  However deep that divine spark is buried, it can always be reached and re-lit.

Our mission continues….

That divine spark is so much closer to the truth than M may know. Archangel Metatron once told me that our Universe was created with a thought, which created a spark, which created the bang, and the Universe grew. He explained that in the same way, our life starts as a tiny spark of energy in the womb; a mini bang, like the Universe

He explained that when it was written that we were made in God’s image, it is because we have similar behavioural characteristics and we are co-creators. We are the only species on the planet, which creates, and sadly, destroys.

When I speak to the angelic realm and the ascended masters, each entity has a different behavior. Some are meek and mild. Some emanate more love than others. Some are very forceful and others get mildly angry… more like one step beyond frustration.

Some are even opinionated. Some get into trouble for speaking their mind, and tell us when they appear a few weeks later, after they have been reprimanded.

But the one constant, is they are there to help; there to guide, there to cajole if need be. Free-will forbids them from direct interference, so they do their best to use people like Jill to get messages across of impending danger, and ways forward for happiness. They do their best to use people like Jill to teach others how to reconnect to them.

Our species, over thousands of years, became egotistical and followed leaders, rather than keeping connection to God, light, the one conscious energy, and through generations of this, have lost the ability to connect; yet the connection is still there, and we all have the ability to learn how to reconnect.

As M said; so many people are still asleep. We are part of the movement to wake them up.

As M said; no-one is separate; we are all one and we have the ability to connect to each other and to the angelic realm.

As M said, that divine spark may be buried, but it can be re-lit; and with your help, we can spread the light.

This time though, it has to be done with truth; breaking down the veils of illusion. It’s OK to tell our leaders they are lying to us. It’s OK to sound-off and shout about the companies that supply the weapons for the wars.

Secretary of State Senator John Kelly went to Oman in the Middle East in 2013, to smooth a $2.1 Billion Air Defense equipment deal, manufactured by Raytheon in Massachusetts in the USA.  John Kelly had shares in Raytheon. Does this seem right to you?

Question what is happening. Go with your intuition. Vote with your feet. Belize disbanded their armed forces, so the expenses could be used to regenerate their forests to help with the ecological balance of our planet. We all have a role to play. We can ignore what is happening and ignore our calling, but we can also be the change.

We are created in God’s image. We have the ability to create. We have the free-will to create or destroy. It’s time to educate more people that creation is the way forward.

A good start for some of you is to introduce us to your friends on facebook and introduce people to this newsletter. When enough people stand tall and say, “No!”, we cannot be ignored.

Love, light and truth.

Are You Judgemental?… Would You Know?

confidence - self-esteem soul empowermentRemember the post, ‘Time for a rant about truth and angels’?

If not, you can read it here:-

We get many responses to our blogs. Glenn and I work hard; work long and work for little, to serve our Creator by delivering messages and teachings from the angelic realm, and in this critical world we live in, it’s tough to take the criticism we get at times, but take it we do, and sometimes, being human, we lash back.

With kind permission from the person who emailed us, we have reproduced the rhetoric we had, and kept her anonymous.

Dear Jill,

I am sending you this email to give a you a bit of advice really.  I do not wish any offence but I feel that it is important.

I enjoy receiving your emails but PLEASE check for typos, miss-spellings and inconsistencies as there are a number of them in the above.

I know you’ll probably say that I’m missing the point and shouldn’t worry about grammar, but when I see errors (especially simple ones like their/there) I question the credibility of the writer.  I find it hard to believe in what you’re saying if you can’t even take the time to read through your text and make sure that there are no errors. A simple grammatical error can change the whole meaning of what you want to say.

For instance, you have written “cock a snoop” in your posting but according to the definition you’ve quoted from a dictionary it is “cock a snook”.  You’ve taken the time to check it in a dictionary but not to check that you’ve written it correctly in the first place.

Also, I trust the word of the angels but I do not believe that they make it so difficult for us to access their messages – or just a privileged few to be able to do so.  Their information is for everyone and we each know at soul level what is true and what is not.  As I see it, your purpose is to get the information out there but not to promote yourself.  I’m sorry, but that’s how your posting sounded to me.

Please carry on doing what you do best i.e. passing on the channelings without discrimination.

As I’ve already said, I hope you don’t get offended by this but take it as constructive criticism.  It is not my place to judge you (!), but to tell you how I perceive what you’ve written.

Truth, Love and Light always,
M xx

Our reply:-

But you DID judge me M. You judged me as being discriminatory and not checking my English.

We all have opinions. I work at a fast pace almost 7 days a week. In my sleep, I am educated by spirit, which means I am often tired after sleep. I can take time out to check grammar, punctuation and spelling, but it slows me down. Also I have often spell checked something only for the computer to then change the spelling to what ‘IT’ thinks it should be.

Proof-reading is Glenn’s expertise, but he is very busy too. I recently had a major run-in with the English Department at our High-School, because they refuse to correct spelling, and stated it is no longer important and that children are developing their own language, and will use spell-checkers. I was outraged, and pulled my boys out of that school, but found very little difference in their new ‘Outstanding’ school.

U haf to wunda sumtymes if tekin tyme out an gerrin yor spellin an gramma rite is reely wurth it. Rite m8. Sum say as long as yer can reed it alrite, it dunt reely marrer wot the spellins like. There their 🙂

We are breeding a generation of almost ignorant children. I can take time out to go through every word, but it slows me down. If it is a book, Glenn proofreads it and changes what needs to be changed.

In one minute of checking what I write, over 100 people will die and 280 are being born into a world, which will slowly kill them. Education of what is killing them is desperately needed.

And yes, I am promoting myself. It is the only way I can get to more people, for them to sign up and read these messages.

The angelic realm will only guide us, they won’t ‘do’ things for us. They laugh at my spelling and grammar sometimes. They ask me to give it to ‘His Nibs’ (Glenn) to check. They guide me to promote myself so we can get more messages out to more people. The more money we earn, the more we can get out to audiences and speak for free.

Glenn and I were out walking yesterday, and discussed what we would do if we won the lottery. We both said the same things. Speak to people for free around the world, write and produce books, and set up education centres.

The reason there are so few like me, is because we, our species, are in recovery of connecting to God, light, the one conscious energy. There was a time, thousands of years ago, when we had lost connection to the Creator, Ascended master, Sanat Kumara pledged to work to get humans to reconnect, and formed The Brotherhood of Light.

The reconnection has been a slow process, during which time, people have lost their awe for God and the angelic realm, or they have been led into control by religious organisations, and had their inspiration to connect taken away from them. They are encouraged to connect to the ‘order’, not directly to God, light, the one conscious energy, but it is changing, as the angelic realm turn-up the energies on the planet.

Glenn, a complete atheist until 2005, has now started hearing messages. Our friend Ian has started too. As more people start to hear messages, many of them think they have ‘arrived’ and use the gift for promotional purpose to gain wealth and fame, but not deliver messages for the benefit of mankind. Many of them make up messages and lie to gain attention. Many people start to accumulate messages from others, and write books, using other people’s gifts for their own personal gain; without being discerning about whether there is any truth in the messages.

Doreen virtue talks about Earth Angels, yet seems oblivious that angels cannot incarnate. In the true sense of the word, an angel is a messenger. Angel is a Greek word, meaning messenger; so you could argue that Glenn is an Earth Angel, because he delivers messages from angels through me. But talk to anyone who follows Doreen Virtue, and they believe some angels incarnate.

Glenn and I have had many who come to us and write to us, telling us they are Earth angels, and believe they are angels in a human body. This frustrates the angelic realm, and they use me to shout about it. Doreen Virtue has her place. She has been inspirational in getting thousands of people introduced to the angelic realm. I have yet to believe that Doreen has ever channelled an angel herself. We are part of that next step. The hardcore truth about what the angelic realm is, their purpose, our purpose as a species, and how we must reverse the destruction of our planet.

The angelic realm use different people for different audiences: Neil Donald Walsch, for the soft approach to Christians, for example. Then there are those who talk about fairies and Unicorns. The angelic realm is appealing to the behaviours and beliefs of different people, to get reconnection

Mine is the direct, in your face, truth approach. It’s not for everyone, but it stirs up reconnection faster. Mine is the awareness of the power, greed, and control of people through Governments and dishonest leaders. I need to get out to more people, so I have to promote myself. I don’t like it. It’s not in my nature, but I am asked to do it, to get a bigger audience. I also have to generate income to be able to do it. Glenn pushes me to promote. He is my motivator. I just chastised him for ‘cock a snoop’; it was his spelling, not mine.

I will continue to discriminate against those people who are harming our species, or using the angelic realm for their own personal gain. I will discriminate against those who lie about what their gifts are, and argue about what they believe, as oppose to what is true.

When people read something in the media enough times, it becomes the truth for the masses.

We are being controlled. Modern slaves to money. Atrocities are happening around the world for monetary gain. Does anyone look at the passenger list of say flight MH17 to see what important people may have been on the plane, which could have been a target? MH17 and MH370 had important people who disappeared, leaving some people, very wealthy.

I will discriminate against manufactured food. I will discriminate against cattle farming. I will discriminate against chicken farming. I will discriminate against cows’ milk processing. People are dying because of it. 85% of all illness today is chronic disease. 100 years ago. 85% of all illness was infection.

I will discriminate against parents who feed their children badly, who are unwittingly abusing them. I will discriminate against physical child abuse, rape, child trafficking and human organ sales (which promote child trafficking). I will discriminate against the charlatans who are using the angelic realm for purely personal gain, and discriminate against this who lie, to have you believe they are connected.

I attend some mind, body, spirit shows, and overhear some of the psychic readers with clients and understand why we get bad press. I have even had some psychics say to my face, they make it up, as they go along. It’s time we were accountable. Just as you are holding me accountable, we should be doing this with all psychics and mediums. We need to be more discerning with information, not just from spiritual people, but from the media, form our teachers in school and from our politicians; and we need to raise our voice. But most are in denial and afraid to raise a voice. Look what happens in the Middle East. People get killed for raising their voice

Glenn has had over 8500 lives. In almost every one, he has been slain, for raising his voice in truth

Unfortunately, my campaigning often falls on deaf ears. People are in denial in the masses. Glenn has just been teaching someone in high authority in the Ministry of Health in the East, who is diabetic, but seemed to have no interest in changing diet to reverse it. People are in denial.

Personally, I think our species is doomed to extinction; but I will continue to fight and do my best to bring that awareness and reverse the situation; but I can’t do it on my own. It needs others, and it needs our audiences to spread the word

I would like your permission, to use your comment below and my comments here, to create an article for our followers, so that they have an understanding too. For every one person bold enough to write, there are many more thinking the same. I will gladly remove your name if you wish.

I thank you for writing, and I hope this lengthy response will give you more of an understanding, and you will continue to support our plight. We do, our best to check our work and it would be great to be 100% correct all of the time, however, this isn’t possible, after all I am only human 🙂

We got a reply:-

Dear Jill,

Thank you for taking the time to explain all this to me; I really do appreciate it.

As I’ve said previously, I do not wish to offend you but just tell you how it came across to me.

I do agree with a lot of what you say and of course I do wish to continue to support your plight. Yes, we are all human and we all have flaws.  I obviously have a few myself!

I always look forward to reading your emails and I will try not to be so judgmental or discriminatory in future.  That is my lesson for today!

We are humans, being. We can all be judgmental, even when we think we are not, and learn from it. Sadly, unlike M’s response, many people don’t learn and just bounce along in their denial bubble.

What is important is that we stand in our truth. If we wish to criticise, we should do it constructively. An example might be: Hi Jill, typo on last email… Cock a snook.

Emotional intelligence is putting yourself in someone else’s shoes, and feeing how they would feel when you act or speak; imagining the circumstances they were in. people don’t generally mean to hurt. That person that just cut across you with their car, didn’t mean to do it deliberately. The person that lets the door close in front of you, or in your face, doesn’t do it intentionally; but the person who writes to you has intent, so we should be much more careful about the consequences of what we write.

Last week, in London, we were at a very busy roundabout near Hampton. There were traffic lights and a hatched area in the road you can’t stop in. The traffic lights were on green as we approached, and then changed as we got to the junction, so we stopped. A woman ran into the back of our car. She was furious, shouting that we shouldn’t have stopped. She ranted and raved, and yet she ran into us, from behind

We thank M for her response and truth. We appreciate her following and contribution. It created a learning situation for all of us.

We are made in God’s image. Our behavior is no different to that of angels and Archangels and Ascended Masters. They all have different behavioural traits, which must stem from God.

And they are judgmental. They judge us when we decide our theme to incarnate, at the Council of Elders. They judge us for Karma. They judge us for our sins with reflection upon our children to the 3rd and 4th generation.

It is virtually impossible to be non-judgmental; we just need to have more grace and be more thoughtful when we criticise.

M’s heart was truly in the right place; but there are times to discriminate. Ascended Master Lord Sananda (Jesus or Yeshua) once told us that if someone does a heinous crime, and they repent, they should be punished in the appropriate way and then be forgiven; but if they do it again, we should get rid of them. They have not learnt their lesson and need to move on.
