Childhood ObesityThe Human Race is Sick, and Dying Prematurely! It doesn’t have to be that way.

Your children’s health will determine the health of their children. The population of planet Earth may be exploding, but the death rate is increasing, and we are becoming chronically ill, with cancer, diabetes and heart disease. Very soon, the illnesses will exterminate our species if we don’t make changes to our diet, farming and manufacturing.

When a child is born, it has the building blocks of life (DNA) which are available from the parents. If the parents are strong and healthy, and at least two generations before them, were strong and healthy, the child is highly likely to be born strong and healthy, and then it down to what the child is fed, what it drinks, and the exercise it does, and the environment it lives in that determines how long it will live.

150 years ago, the masses didn’t have access to sugar, and research has shown there was hardly any tooth decay. As cheap sugar was introduced, so was tooth decay. But worse than that, as new children were born, their skeletal structure in their face changed.

Faces started to narrow. Noses started to narrow. Buckling of teeth occurred. nasal problems started to arise. The research was done on teeth; so imagine what else may have been found in the rest of the body. And this was just sugar.

Each person is born with components which make up the foundations for growth. But if some of them aren’t there to start with, the person grows weak, with ailments, disease or disability. It is possible to regenerate some of those building blocks, with the right diet, but what tends to happen, is that child, follows the same diet as the parent; and as each generation is born, we become weaker.

100 years ago, 85% of all disease was from infection. Today, 85% of all disease is chronic… cancer, diabetes, heart disease and much more.

We are eating our way to weakness and disease, and ultimately, extinction in years to come. Don’t just think food. It is becoming increasingly more difficult for us to cleanse our water supply. The air we breathe is toxic in most places.

You can’t personally stop the manufacturing and pollution, but you can fight it by eating and drinking right to boost your immune system, and become immune to it.

Educate your children. It takes months of hard work to wean them of sweets/candy, pop, fast food and other sugary drinks; but one day, they will thank you for it.

I get many people telling me they eat healthily, and don’t need educating about food canstockphoto19639141and drink. What most people think is a healthy diet, and what really is a healthy diet, is very different. Years of programming by the food and drink industry has brainwashed us into thinking we are eating, and drinking, the right things. Try this quick questionnaire and see how healthy your diet is…

Take The Challenge….

  1. I drink tap water.
  2. I cook with tap water.
  3. I bathe and shower without filtering the water.
  4. I cook my food more than 2 times a week.
  5. I sometimes microwave my food.
  6. I like to barbecue when I can.
  7. I will sometimes fry or grill with some oil.
  8. I eat my vegetables less than 5 days a week.
  9. I don’t juice vegetables every day.
  10. I don’t make fruit and vegetable smoothies every day.
  11. I eat meat more than once a week.
  12. I eat bacon, pork, ham or pepperoni; or at least one, at least once a month.
  13. I drink soda, such as Coke, Pepsi or tango.
  14. I drink a beer at least three times a week.
  15. I drink a glass of wine at least three times a week.
  16. I eat food that is bought in packets.
  17. I eat food that is bought in cans.
  18. I drink or use cows’ milk from the supermarket.
  19. I eat cows’ cheese.
  20. I drink coffee.
  21. I drink black tea (typical supermarket tea).
  22. I cook my vegetables until they soften a little, or are really soft.
  23. I take sugar in drinks.
  24. I use sugar for cooking.
  25. I eat fast food from a take-away at least once a fortnight.
  26. I eat the occasional biscuit, cake or pudding (or more often).
  27. I eat chocolate with less than 85% cocoa.
  28. I occasionally (or more often) eat sweets/candy.
  29. I substitute sodas with diet sodas such as Diet Coke, Coke Zero and Pepsi Light.
  30. I take energy drinks sometimes.
  31. If I eat in a restaurant, I ask if the food is microwaved.
  32. I eat cereals for breakfast.

OK, so this is just a teaser to get you to think. The more you answered ‘YES’ the poorer your diet. You are not eating or drinking healthily. You are surviving. But your body can only be in survival mode for so long. Your body concentrates on the essential parts and disease creeps in.

Your skin will give you warning signs:- dry skin, spots, eczema, psoriasis, skin tags, rashes, thread veins, warts, red blushes, hair loss.

Your blood pressure and heart rate is a major measure of your ‘operating system’.

People think they are eating healthy because they eat a few vegetables.

When was the last time you ate raw seeds, raw nuts, or raw vegetables, such as cauliflower and broccoli?

Most people are in denial. We lie to ourselves about what we really eat. Is that you?

Your body breaks down, just like a car; but the mechanic is your immune system. If you feed and water your body correctly, your immune system will fight disease and repair wear and tear.

Did you know you can reverse arthritis, cancer and clogged blood vessels?

I hope this information will get you thinking. Just because you are thin and can run a marathon doesn’t mean you escape cancer. It’s what you eat and drink, but more importantly, what you don’t eat and drink.

Are you a Cheeseburger Away from a Heart Attack?

hamburgerboyCheese and meat are being eaten in such excessive quantities; they are clogging up our blood vessels and ultimately blocking our heart valves. Lack of education about this is why people are getting so fat and so sick with chronic diseases.

Your body is designed to run on a maximum of 6% protein. That was the percentage you got from your mother’s breast milk. Our Creator designed it that way for maximum growth, without getting fat.

A recent study of fat in blood vessels revealed an alarming result when eating fatty food. A man had the fat levels measured before eating first thing in the morning, when his blood was clear of food, being distributed as energy through the blood system. One hour after eating a cheeseburger, he was measured again. Over 50% of his blood was fat cells. The fat cells were even measuring in the whites of his eyes.

Your body has to remove that fat, for energy, and store the excess on your body; but it can only cope with so much at a time. So when you overload your stomach with fatty food, like meat, milk, cheese, donuts, crisps, salted nuts, cakes, pizza, French-fries and milk-shakes; your body transports that fat through your blood stream, and it hangs there, until it can do something with it. As it hangs there, some of it sticks to the sides of the blood vessel walls, and little by little, the blood vessels begin to narrow.

As they narrow, your blood pressure rises, because your heart is pumping through a narrower blood vessel. If you have high-blood pressure, this is what is wrong with you.

Ultimately, your heart will be stopped from pumping, as the blood vessels become blocked… the last cheeseburger to fill the gap!

The good news is, the narrowing of the blood vessels is reversible. You can clean them out over time, simply by changing what you eat, and cutting right back on meat and dairy. It also helps, of course, if you get your blood pumping around faster, to flush out the blood vessels. But here in lies the problem, that happens when you exercise J.

So, if you have high blood pressure, it doesn’t matter how old you are; get off the couch and do something; cut right back on meat, dairy and sugar, and you’ll live a lot longer and healthier.

20 Practical Uses for Coca Cola – Proof That Coke Does Not Belong In The Human Body

Coke is the most valuable brand in history, and “Coca-Cola” is the world’s second-most recognized word after “hello.” However, the beverage itself is an absolute poison to the human metabolism. Coke is very acidic, it’s only one point higher on the pH scale than battery acid. Consequently it can clean surfaces equivalent to and often better than many toxic household cleaners.

It’s cheaper and easier to buy Coke in some third world countries than it is to access clean water. Coke uses “public relations propaganda” to convince consumers and entire nations that it is an “environmental company” when really it is linked to pollution, water shortages, and disease.

People who consume soft drinks such as Coke have a 48% increase in heart attack and stroke risk, compared to people who did not drink the sodas at all or did not drink them every day. A study published in the journal Respirology reveals that soft drink consumption is also associated with lung and breathing disorders including asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).

The carbonation in Coke causes calcium loss in the bones through a 3-stage process:

The carbonation irritates the stomach.

The stomach “cures” the irritation the only way it knows how. It adds the only antacid at its disposal: calcium. It gets this from the blood.

The blood, now low on calcium, replenishes its supply from the bones. If it did not do this, muscular and brain function would be severely impaired.

But, the story doesn’t end there. Another problem with most Coke is it also contain phosphoric acid (not the same as the carbonation, which is carbon dioxide mixed with the water). Phosphoric acid also causes a draw-down on the body’s store of calcium.

So Coke softens your bones (actually, makes them weak and brittle) in 3 ways:

  • Carbonation reduces the calcium in the bones.
  • Phosphoric acid reduces the calcium in the bones.
  • The beverage replaces a calcium-containing alternative, such as milk or water. Milk and water are not excellent calcium sources, but they are sources.

Esophageal cancer was very rare two generations ago — now, it’s common. The basic mechanism works as follows:

Mechanical damage to cells is a huge risk factor for cancer. It’s why asbestos particles, for example, cause lung cancer.

All soft drinks cause acid reflux (stomach acid rising up past the esophageal valve). This is more pronounced when the body is horizontal (as in sleeping), but the sheer volume of Coke and soft drinks consumed in the USA means the acid reflux is well past the danger point. Any time you ingest a gassy drink, you are going to get belching–and acid into the esophagus. How much is too much? The research doesn’t say where the limit is–it only shows that most of us are far, far, far past it.

tomach acid dissolves tissue — that’s its purpose. The stomach lining does not extend into the esophagus, so the lower esophagus gets damaged by acid far more frequently in soft drink users than in non soft drink users. This results in a radical increase in cell mutations, along with a far higher level of free radicals.

 

20 Practical Uses For Coke

Coke acts as an acidic cleaner. The amount of acid in soda is enough to wear away at the enamel of your teeth, making them more susceptible to decay. In tests done on the acidity levels of soda, certain ones were found to have PH levels as low as 2.5. To put that into perspective, consider that battery acid has a pH of 1 and pure water has a pH of 7.

To prove Coke does not belong in the human body, here are 20 practical ways you can use Coke as a domestic cleaner

  • Removes grease stains from clothing and fabric
  • Removes rust; methods include using fabric dipped in Coke, a sponge or even aluminum foil. Also loosens rusty bolts
  • Removes blood stains from clothing and fabric.
  • Cleans oil stains from a garage floor; let the stain soak, hose off.
  • Kills slugs and snails; the acids kills them.
  • Cleans burnt pans; let the pan soak in the Coke, then rinse.
  • Descales a kettle (same method as with burnt pans)
  • Cleans car battery terminals by pouring a small amount of Coke over each one.
  • Cleans your engine; Coke distributors have been using this technique for decades.
  • Makes pennies shine; soaking old pennies in Coke will remove the tarnish.
  • Cleans tile grout; pour onto kitchen floor, leave for a few minutes, wipe up.
  • Dissolves a tooth; Use a sealed container…takes a while but it does work.
  • Removes gum from hair; dip into a small bowl of Coke, leave a few minutes. Gum will wipe off.
  • Removes stains from vitreous china.
  • Got a dirty pool? Adding two 2-liter bottles of Coke clears up rust.
  • You can remove (or fade) dye from hair by pouring diet Coke over it.
  • Remove marker stains from carpet. Applying Coke, scrubbing and then clean with soapy water will remove marker stains.
  • Cleans a toilet; pour around bowl, leave for a while, flush clean.
  • Coke and aluminium foil will bring Chrome to a high shine.
  • Strips paint off metal furniture. Soak a towel in Coke and lay it on the paint surface.

Now can you imagine what this does to your stomach lining and the stomach lining of your children?

Who needs the ‘household and cleaning’ section at the hardware store when we have Coke.

Have you ever wondered what exactly Coca Cola is?

After 10 minutes: The sugar contained in a glass of Cola can cause a devastating “strike” on the body. The cause being the phosphoric acid which inhibits the action of sugar.

After 20 minutes: A leap in insulin levels in bloodstream occurs.

After 40 minutes: Ingestion of caffeine is finally completed. The eye’s pupils are expanding. Blood pressure rises because the liver disposes more sugar into the bloodstream. The adenosine receptors become blocked thereby preventing drowsiness.

After 45 minutes: The body raises production of the dopamine hormone, which stimulates the brain pleasure center. Similar to the reaction Heroin creates.

After 1 hour: Phosphoric acid binds calcium, magnesium and zinc in the gastrointestinal tract, which supercharges metabolism. The release of calcium through urine takes place.

After more than 1 hour: Diuretic effects of the drink enters in “the game”. The calcium, magnesium and zinc are removed out of the body, which are a part of our bones, as well as sodium. At this time we can become irritable or subdued. The whole quantity of water, contained in a coca cola, is removed through urination.

When having a cold bottle of Coke and enjoying its undeniable freshness are we aware of what chemical “cocktail” we are putting into our bodies? The active ingredient in Coca-Cola is orthophosphoric acid. Due to its high acidity, cisterns used for transporting the chemical have to be equipped with special reservoirs designed for highly corrosive materials.

Let’s have a look at “the anatomy” of one of the most advertised products of “Coca-Cola Co.” – Coca-Cola Light without caffeine. This drink contains Aqua Carbonated, E150D, E952, E951, E338, E330, Aromas, E211.

Aqua Carbonated – this is sparkling water. It stirs gastric secretion, increases the acidity of the gastric juice and provokes flatulency. Filtered tap water is what is primarily used.

E150D – this is food coloring obtained through the processing of sugar at specified temperatures, with or without addition of chemical reagents. In the case of coca-cola, ammonium sulfate is added.

E952 – Sodium Cyclamate is a sugar substitute. Cyclamate is a synthetic chemical, has a sweet taste, which is 200 times sweeter than sugar, and is used as an artificial sweetener. In 1969 it was banned by FDA, since it, as well as saccharin and aspartame, caused cancer in rats.

E950 – Acesulfame Potassium. 200 times sweeter than sugar, containing methyl-ether. It aggravates the operation of the cardiovascular system. Likewise, it contains asparaginic acid which can also cause an excitant effect on our nervous system and in time it can lead to addiction. Acesulfame is badly dissolved and is not recommended for use by children and pregnant women.

E951 – Aspartame. A sugar substitute for diabetics and is chemically unstable at elevated temperatures it breaks down into methanol and phenylalanine. Methanol is very dangerous as only 5-10ml can cause destruction of the optic nerve and irreversible blindness. In warm soft drinks, aspartame transforms into formaldehyde which is a very strong carcinogen. Symptoms of aspartame poisoning include: unconsciousness, headaches, fatigue, dizziness, nausea, palpitation, weight gain, irritability, anxiety, memory loss, blurry vision, fainting, joint pains, depression, infertility, hearing loss and more. Aspartame can also provoke the following diseases: brain tumors, MS (Multiple Sclerosis), epilepsy, Graves’ disease, chronic fatigue, Alzheimer’s, diabetes, mental deficiency and tuberculosis. Later, this substance was initially illegal due to its dangers but was again made legal in a suspicious manner.

E338 – Orthophosphoric Acid. This can cause irritation of the skin and eyes. It is used for production of phosphoric acid salts of ammonia, sodium, calcium, aluminum and also in organic synthesis for the production of charcoal and film tapes. It is also used in the production of refractory materials, ceramics, glass, fertilizers, synthetic detergents, medicine, metalworking, as well as in the textile and oil industries. It is known that orthophosphoric acid interferes with the absorption of calcium and iron into the body which can cause weakening of bones and osteoporosis. Other side effects are thirst and skin rashes.

E330 – Citric Acid. It is widely used in pharmaceutical and food industries. Salts of citric acid (citrates) are used in the food industry as acids, preservatives, stabilizers, and in the medical fields – for preserving blood.

Aromas – unknown aromatic additives

E211 – Sodium Benzoate. It is used in production of some food products for anti-bacterial and anti-fungal purposes. It is often found in jams, fruit juices and fruit yogurts. It’s not recommended for use by asthmatics and people who are sensitive to aspirin. A study conducted by Peter Piper at the Sheffield University in Britain, found that this compound causes significant damage to DNA. According to Peter, sodium benzoate which is an active component in preservatives, doesn’t destroy DNA, but deactivates it. This can lead to cirrhosis and degenerative diseases like Parkinson’s disease.

Coca-Cola is undeniably a very useful product. The key is to use it for purposes that do not include drinking! Here is a video about Coca-Cola!

Are you Nutritionally ignorant?

Woman eating cheese puffs on the couchHow come if so many foods are bad for us, our Governments don’t get involved and put a stop to it? It’s because the vast majority of people standing in Government are nutritionally ignorant. The blind are leading the blind.

We are all aware that too much sugar is bad for us; but do we really know why, other than we gain weight? We all know that too much alcohol is bad for us, but do we know all the problems it causes us?

Why is it, we are not taught nutrition in school? Our body is our temple. It is nurtured with food, water and exercise; yet we are ignorant as to what food and drink harms our bodies. The vast majority of teachers are nutritionally ignorant.

Even the food served in school, which we have improved a little, is still nutritionally dead, and our bodies’ digestive system has to fight to get what it can from it.

We read about getting our 5-a-day; but the reality is, the 5-a-day has to be fresh fruit and vegetables, not some dried-up nutritionally void raisin.

When your body’s digestive system has to fight to get what ever little nutrition is in the food you eat from packets, jars and tins, the balance we need has to be produced by our organs, such as the pancreas. But that puts our organs into stress from being overworked, and this is one of the major reasons we get diabetes; not just overloading on sugar. When we can’t produce the missing parts we need, we get disease. That disease slowly degenerates our body, with arthritis, diabetes, cancer, heart disease, osteoporosis, asthma, psoriasis, eczema, candidiasis; and much more.

I would like you to take a different thought about food. Think fuel! Food is fuel for your body. The creator designed food for fuel; energy; yet we have made it into pleasure.

If you want to get well, get slim and live longer, healthier, you have to go back to what God; Allah, Jehovah, gave us. He gave us vegetables, fruit, roots, nuts, berries, beans and seeds; full of nutrition and enzymes to give us energy and work our digestive system. Without the enzymes in processed food, and the lack of nutrition, because it has be killed by ob=ver-heating; our body is lacking, and we get disease.

Yes, we are getting older as a species; but it is relative to the last 100 years; and we are getting sicker with it. We are living longer, but much sicker, and it is medicine which is keeping us alive for longer.

We are designed to live well over 100 years and be fit and healthy with it. There are still tribes in Northern Pakistan, South America and Japan, where people live healthily well over 120 years of age. Oh, and by the way, they are thin.

The Governments of our countries are not only nutritionally ignorant, they have a dilemma. What do they do with the food industry, when they find out that processed, packaged, refined, fatty, sugary food is slowly killing us and costing our health services billions? They can’t just shut it down; the country’s economy would collapse. Most countries don’t even have the land to grow enough food anymore.

Gardens were meant for growing food, but in civilised countries, we have turned them into ornamental recreation areas, that need as much attention as growing food does.

How I Beat Cancer without surgery or any drugs.

weight loss, diet, cancer, diabetesYes, I lost 62lbs in 5 months. I couldn’t believe how the weight just kept dropping off. I was 17 stone 3lb and dropped to 12 stone 11lb, just by changing what I ate.

 

There’s no getting away from it, we are getting fatter, as a species, as the years go by. You read it in the news every day: – the obesity epidemic. Children are at great risk. But we are not really told why. Yes we are told that we run the risk of heart disease. Yes we are told that we run the risk of diabetes; but we are not educated well enough to really frighten ourselves into changing our eating and drinking habits.

 

If we could take time-caption photographs of the insides of our bodies, so that we could see the damage we are doing, most people would change the way they eat and drink.

 

When you are decorating your home, and you find woodworm, termites, rotten wood or mould, do you leave it, or just cover it up; or do you find out the cause and get it sorted? Problem is, with disease, Doctors are programmed to cover it up and not waste time educating you about the cause. With a Doctor, you get a quick fix; and most people are looking for a quick fix.

 

In the UK in particular, due to our wonderful free National Health system, we have become a nation of freeloaders. We have become complacent with our health, because we know that if we get sick, we can get it fixed for free. Our work policies of protecting people’s payments when they are sick, allows people who are employed, to be sick without fear of losing money at work.

 

There are certain foods which make us sick and fat. We all know too much sugar is bad for us, but talk to someone about not putting sugar in their tea or coffee, and it’s a sacrifice they seem prepared to make. Yet, there are so many sacrifices, that we gain weight and become diseased.

 

From an early age, with the wrong foods, we start packing on the pounds and our body starts to deteriorate. We just can’t see it, because it’s wrapped up in skin. But there are signs: – asthma, eczema, psoriasis, itchy ears, runny nose, athlete’s foot, joint problems, teeth problems, regular sickness; just to name a few.

 

The signs you don’t see, you would need a camera inside your body to see. The blood vessels which are slowly clogging in a child, which over many years will cause varicose veins, heart problems, strokes and heart attacks. The candida albicans (bacteria in the colon and intestines) which is getting out of control and growing throughout the body, causing the skin conditions, the athlete’s foot, the itchy ears and the runny nose. The deterioration of the joint tissues, casing arthritis due to overloading joints from being overweight and from eating pig products.

For most people, it’s only when we get to the brink that we make radical changes. The diabetic who finds they may have to have a lower leg amputated. The cancer victim that has to have chemotherapy or surgery. The fat person who can no longer wear fashionable clothes or tolerate the indignity. But even then, if that person is not educated, they simply try to follow the regime that the doctor gives them.

 

Then you have to ask yourself, if your Doctor is fat, and he/she is asking you to lose weight; what credibility do they have, and how inspired are you to follow their lead?

 

I educated myself, spent thousands of hours of research, and found out why so many of us are getting sicker and fatter; and it’s all down to the food we eat. Processed and refined food, sugar, meat, dairy and vegetable oils. We are consuming theses to excess, but we are not being educated in the mainstream, about what they are doing to our body.

I found a simple concept. Every other species on the planet eats things which are alive, unless it has been designed to clean up the planet, such as an ant, a cockroach, a crow, magpie, or a pig. You can grow a whole cow on grass and water.

 

We, on the other hand, are now eating things that are dead. We used to only eat things which were alive, such as vegetables, roots, fruit, beans, seeds and nuts. We only occasionally ate fish and meat, and it was fresh, eaten within hours of killing; not long dead. This gave us all the vitamins, nutrients and in particular, the enzymes we need. Our food today lacks these important enzymes and much of the nutrition is gone in processing, so we eat more, to compensate, and our body breaks down, because of the lack of some of the nutrition needed.

 

The minute you stop with processed food, and start eating fresh (alive) vegetables, fruit, beans, nuts and seeds, you will start feeling alive. The moment you stop eating lots of meat and dairy and cut it down to a maximum of 5% a week (a mother’s milk has only 6% protein) your digestion system will start to become unclogged, and mire efficient, and I guarantee that weight will just drop off you. You won’t be hungry. You can eat as much vegetables as your stomach can take.

 

Oh, and by the way, here’s a bonus; when you stop eating meat and dairy, your farts stop smelling J

Losing weight is easy right?

weight loss, obesity problemLosing weight is easy, right? Just keep your mouth shut. Seriously, though, we only gain weight when we eat too much and we get chronic disease from eating the wrong food. I lost 62lbs in 5 months. I couldn’t believe how the weight just kept dropping off. I was 17 stone 3lb and dropped to 12 stone 11lb, just by changing what I ate.

I tire from hearing the excuses, such as having children, getting older, drugs putting on weight. The hard fact is, we gain weight when we overeat for the needs of our body. I was 6 stone overweight; no, get real, FAT at (84lb) (38kg). I could have had excuses about mobility and age, but I got real; I was over-eating; AND I was eating the kind of food which is slowly killing us all. I knew why I was overweight.

I have lost 62lb and I still need to lose more; but I made a massive impact into being thinner. I lost 25% of my body weight in 5 months. I still need to be slimmer, but the massive change I made has improved my health immensely.

What I don’t fully understand, is when people say they are happy with their size, when they should know that being big creates so many debilitating diseases. Even worse, is being big and eating the wrong food. This accelerates the chronic diseases such as heart disease, stroke, varicose veins, thread veins, angina, cancer, osteoporosis, asthma, psoriasis, candidiasis, bronchitis, acid reflux, thrush, hair loss, arthritis, Alzheimer’s, and much more.

Now, some of you may be in denial and shout, “Fat bully!” My passion is to educate people about how what we eat is slowly killing us; and then let you decide if you want to do anything about living a healthier, longer life.

What is your life expectancy? 60? 70? 80? Mine is 104. Being old isn’t naturally being decrepit; it’s just normal in the Western World, because of what we eat, and our lack of exercise. We are designed to live way beyond 100 years, and be fit and healthy, but our eating habits are killing us slowly.

When you are overweight, your organs are working overtime and so your immune system is compromised. This means you are generally susceptible to more illness than a thinner person. If, on top of that, you are not eating the right food, your immune system is further compromised and you develop illness and chronic disease. Chronic disease is slow growing debilitating disease, such as heart disease, diabetes and cancer.

 

The latest news in the UK from the Government, is to introduce foods with lower saturated fat. What a joke! It will make no difference to reducing the obesity epidemic. Education about food is what is needed. Simple bite-size J bits of regular information. Let me give you an example.

 

Lack of sunlight on your skin in the Northern Hemisphere means you produce less vitamin D3, which you need to produce calcium for bones and help your immune system function properly.

  • It is crucial for the absorption and metabolism of calcium and phosphorous, for the maintenance of healthy bones.
  • It is an immune system regulator.
  • It arms the immune system against disorders like the common cold.
  • It reduces the risk of developing multiple sclerosis and can reverse it when taking enough vitamin D.
  • Has a key role in helping the brain to keep working well in later life.
  • It plays an important role in maintaining a healthy body weight.
  • It can reduce the severity and frequency of asthma symptoms.
  • It reduces the risk of developing rheumatoid arthritis.
  • It protects you from radiation damage.
  • The right levels of vitamin D have a significantly lower risk of developing cancer.
  • Low levels of vitamin D increase the risk of heart attack and early death.

So what is YOUR current level of vitamin D3 in your body? Do you know? If not, it is a great example of the way we are not being educated. If you go to a Doctor for a check-up on wellness, the chances of you being told you are low in vitamin D are slim. And if you don’t go to the Doctor, what chance do you have anyway? The medical profession put a safe limit of Vitamin D3 at 75 n/mols. The medical profession work on the basis of crisis management, in that if you have less, you are definitely in danger. You should be working on getting your body in excess of 150 n/mols. People in sunny climates have less of the problems listed above. When I was diagnosed with cancer, no Doctor told me about vitamin D3. I researched it myself and paid, yes paid, £25.00 for a test, which showed me I only had 32 n/mols in my system. That was a major reason I had cancer.

Now I am beating cancer. I have 200 n/mols in my system regularly and it is part of what I am doing to beat cancer, heart disease and arthritis.

When you are overweight, you can change the way you eat, lose weight, and get healthy. Anyone can do it. You can reverse the heart disease which you are growing. You can reverse diabetes. You can reverse cancer.

Do You Still Drink Tap Water?

dangers of tap waterDo you have any idea what chemicals go into the water that comes out of your tap? Water is the elixir of life. You are 75% water. Your brain is 85% water. All communities grew around a source of natural water.

Today, if you live in a city like London, your tap water may have been processed 7 times. When I say processed, it is water from sewers which is processed back to tap water.

Apart from the dangers of drinking chlorine in tap water. many areas are fluoridated. Putting fluoride in water and toothpaste, is one of the biggest crimes ever.

The fluoridation scam started in the 1930s when the giant Aluminium Company of America, faced with a multi-million dollar disposal problem, hired a biochemist to spread the word that the answer to tooth decay was fluoride.

The rest is history. People were bribed to introduce fluoride into the tap water system under the guise of tooth decay prevention.

Fluoride is not a nutrient. It is an enzyme inhibitor, an immune suppressant, a listed carcinogen and a cumulative poison : as fluoride levels rise, calcium levels decrease, delaying tooth eruption amongst other things, leading to claims of less rotten teeth. Its narcotic properties made it popular with the German and Soviet prisoner-of-war camp commandants, who dosed the drinking water with it. For the same reason, fluoride is a major component of Prozac and other tranquillisers, anaesthetics, pesticides and nerve gasses.

The chemical added to drinking water, hexafluorosilicic acid, is accompanied by lead, arsenic, beryllium and mercury. Over 80% of children in fluoridated areas will suffer from dental fluorosis ; the first sign of fluoride poisoning. This highly disfiguring damage is more good news for the dental trade, as they can charge £150 to £450 per tooth for cosmetic treatment which is required every 5/6 years.

There is NO scientifically valid evidence that this chemical is beneficial to health : all the available evidence points to a large range of ill effects from osteoporosis to osteosarcoma to headaches to infertility to thyroid dysfunction.

One teaspoon of fluoride is enough to kill a human being.

If you live in the US, most states are fluoridated. If you live in the UK, check out the list of areas below and check for updates on the internet.

So what can you do to avoid this problem. First thing you can do is buy in your drinking water. It can be very cheap to buy:- 99p at Aldi for 8 litres.

You can get a reverse osmosis filter for your house. Why for the house? When you bath and shower, your skin breathes in the chemicals, and your body then has to try to filter them back out, putting strain on your organs, and compromising your immune system.

This is just one of the many factors which contribute toward causing cancer.

As your body tries to dispose of these chemicals, it deposits some of them into fat, so you also gain weight.

Beating Cancer is a Committment – 4 years on

weight loss, diet, cancer, diabetesIn November of 2011, I was diagnosed with prostate cancer. A man’s prostate is between his legs. It produces sperm and it is a major toxin filter for a man. Prostate cancer is the most common form of cancer in men. It used to be that it was only found in men over 70, but the ages are coming down rapidly. Teenage boys are now growing prostate cancer.

The female equivalent is breast cancer, closely followed by uterus cancer. They are all caused by similar things: acidic food, lack of pure water, too much animal protein, cooking with vegetable oil, too much processed food, and way too much sugar, from sugar and carbohydrates… bread, pizza, cereals buns, cakes and puddings.

In January of 2012, I set about eradicating the cancer naturally. No medical intervention. I changed diet radically, and in 5 months, lost 62lbs and reversed the cancer.

Over the years, I have kept the weight off, and kept the cancer in check. But as time rolls by, it becomes all too easy to slip back into some unhealthy habits with food and drink. You see, I love a good bottle of heavy red wine, or a white oaked chardonnay.

Wine stimulates cancer growth, due to the acidity and sugar. A biscuit for a treat, becomes a biscuit a day. A breakfast in a supermarket, becomes once a week. An ice-cream on a sunny day, as a special treat, becomes once a month. One piece of 85% dark chocolate a day, becomes, 2,3,4.

The cancer starts to grow, reverse, grow, reverse; and before you know it, you are back to where you were 4 years ago. And that’s where I am. It’s heartbreaking.

No, that’s not true. I am not back where I am. I am still 54lbs lighter. My immune system is working at an optimum level. I have eradicated so many health problems; and I am healthier today, than I was 20 years ago.

Except, that is, the cancer is still lingering, waiting to pounce, if I go back to eating the way that most people do. Jill has just channelled Archangel Metatron, who has told us that on 8 August there will be energy changes made to  all of humankind on planet Earth.

Our immune system will be attuned to fresh vegetables, fruit, seeds, nuts and berries. Those of us that eat fresh raw food as 80% of our diet, will get healthier. But those who continue with the poor diet, will accelerate chronic disease. It’s a cleansing.

So which path will YOU take? Most of you will need educating about what to eat, and what not to eat. There are millions of people who think they are eating healthily, yet are ignorant of what really healthy food is, or simply in denial.

Yesterday, I took a bold step, and started my juice fast. Jill and I are only consuming green juice. I will get rid of the weight gain and put a big dent in the cancer, and kickstart my body into eradicating the cancer.

Jill got news yesterday that her huge tumours on her ovaries, had now gone. One of them was the size of a tennis ball, as seen courtesy of an ultrasound scan at the doctors’. They wanted to whip them out when they saw them; but Jill said no, and committed to a change in diet, and she has reversed them and got rid of them.

Day 1 was hard. No food whatsoever. No sugar from carbs in bread or biscuits or wine.

Day 2 – If you are like most people, you look forward to meal times. When that is taken away, it feels like there is nothing to look forward to. This is where it is hard, and I have to change my mindset. More on that another time.

I will continue to take you on this journey over the coming weeks.

The upside? Archangel Metatron told me 4 years ago, that if I continued to eat and drink the way I was doing, i would be dead in 4 to 8 years. Archangel Raphael told me 4 years ago, it was a miracle I was still alive.

Here I am, much healthier, much fitter, much lighter, and just have to get the cancer in check; but my immune system is in much better control, to be able to do it faster.

Fat For Life – Fat to Die For

obesity, weight loss, dietIf we get any fatter as a species, it won’t be long before mobility scooters are normal for all adults. Our hospitals are already brimming with obesity-related and lifestyle disease.

We may, arguably, be living longer, but we are living sicker. We are using drugs to keep us alive for longer and we are sticking stents in our blood vessels, to open up vessels which are clogged, to keep our blood circulating.

Why are so many millions of people in denial about what they are doing to their bodies?

Jill and I were watching Holmes Inspection on TV. Mike Holmes was at a house a young couple had invested their life savings in, and noticed, although cosmetically, the house looked great, the floors were out of level in some places; there were occasional smells from the drains and areas of mould had started to appear. They had been living in the hose for several months. When Mike arrived, they found infestation of termites almost everywhere. They were unseen, so out of mind. The house was about to fall down around them. A few months longer and there would have been a catastrophe.

Is this, I wonder, how we kid ourselves about the state of our health. Our skin covers up the failing body and organs, until they break down. We get the warning signs, but we choose to ignore them.

So what are the warning signs? Being overweight. Skin complaints. High blood pressure. Indigestion. Failing eyesight. Memory loss. Thread veins. Varicose veins. Unexpected thinning hair. Acid reflux. Itchy ears. Smarting eyes. Deteriorating nails. Skin spots. Acne. IBS. Constipation. These are all diet related conditions; of which there are so many more.

Why are we in denial that our food is slowly killing us. Margarine is one molecule away from the formation of plastic. Would you eat plastic?

A pig is designed to clean up and will eat anything; but it is designed to cope with anything. We are not. We are finely tuned and need a complex mix of energy to sustain our life. We need vegetables, fruit, grains, beans, seeds and nuts. We DON’T need meat. The only people who will really take you to task to prove you need meat, work for the meat industry.

As we get older, we get sicker as a nation. Haven’t you sat down and asked yourself why so many people are getting sicker, younger and younger? You are what you eat.

When was the last time you clogged up the sink waste with grease that had set. This happens in your colon and intestines, preventing you from going to the toilet to poo. If you are not pooing twice a day on average, you are not eating the right things.

Those warning signs mentioned above are nearly all reversible, with the right diet. Cancer is reversible. Heart disease is reversible. Diabetes is reversible. Our good friend Chantelle came to us on 72 units of insulin a day. On leaving us, she stopped taking it completely, and her sugar levels are way down.

Are you eating to live, or are you eating to die?

Processed, packeted, canned food is slowly killing us. Sugary drinks are slowly killing us. Our children will be sicker much earlier in life than we older adults, unless we educate them about what food we need to eat to live, and what food will slowly kill them.

FAT FOR LIFE?

It starts with our children. If we overfeed them and feed them the wrong things, we are guilty of abuse.
