Status of downloads are determined automatically through our system. All downloads are given at least three (3) download attempts in a one day (24 hour) period before expiring.

Each time you attempt to download a title, the counter will decrease.

Refund Policy On Our Digital download products are NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS after successful payment and download, with the following exceptions:

1. Within 2 days of placing your digital download order through our online store you may request a refund for any digital product (for example, .pdf for book format or .mp3 for audio format) that has not yet been downloaded.

RETURNS/REFUNDS POLICY ON HARD COPY DISCS/Damaged Item

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty CD or damaged item, please email us for further instructions. In the event of a faulty a CD, please return the faulty CD back to us at Montagu House, London Road, Retford, Notts, UK, DN22 7JJ.  All faulty items are checked and if we find a fault we will forward you another replacement and refund your postage.  For all other queries regarding a refund or return of a faulty item please either call us during UK Office hours on 01777 710999 or contact us using the contact form on our website.

Master Class Bookings

Terms & Conditions

Please note that your paypal receipt is confirmation of your booking. In the event your booking is made by telephone, you will receive a booking confirmation via email. In the event that you left a holding deposit with us for a master class, and you then cancel, failure to pay for the class in full will result in legal action being taken.

No refund will be given for cancellations or non-attendance.

If you cannot attend the date of the master class, you may send someone else in your place and you may request any manuals or notes given out.

Transfers are considered as non-attendence and must be paid for again. Please remember, you can't buy tickets to a show, or book a holiday and then get your money back.

In the past we have had people change there mind at the last minute, please bear in mind that as a spiritual company we are not a multi-million pound organisation. Before you come we incur preparation, administration, material, house-keeping and catering costs, we simply cannot afford these losses.

Accommodation - Cancellations must be made at least seven days before the arrival date. If you have paid for the room in advance by debit/credit card, a full refund will be processed to the same debit/credit card providing you have given us at least seven days notice. A cancellation reference will be given and must be retained as proof of cancellation.

If you cancel a room reservation within seven days of the arrival date and have not already paid in full for the room in advance, you will be charged for all the accommodation per room booked.

Failure of the customer to cancel within seven days of the day of the arrival gives Harrison Training Limited the right to charge for accommodation and for the customer to not take up the accommodation per room booked as a ‘No Show/Non-attendance’.

The payment will normally be processed before 9am the next day.

Bookings made within SEVEN DAYS of arrival are non-refundable, and are subject to the standard cancellation terms.

Master Class Bookings

The price of the Master Class covers your day’s training and any handout material, teas and coffee at morning, and afternoon breaks. Please note that any overnight accommodation or parking fees (if applicable) are the sole responsibility of the delegate.

Group bookings of 5 or more delegates/Speaking engagements

You may cancel your booking in writing up to 35 days before the event is due to commence. All cancellations will be confirmed back to you and you will be refunded less 50% to cover administration costs and loss of income. If you need to cancel less than 35 days prior to the training then no refunds will be due.

The company reserves the right to alter any of the content at any time as part of continual improvement of the Master Classes. The company also reserves the right to cancel any scheduled training. In this instance you will be offered an alternative date of your choice, or a full refund will be given.

We will not be liable for any consequential or indirect losses including (without limitation) loss of profits, travel and accommodation costs, or contracts, or financial losses or any cancellation charges, howsoever caused or arising from this cancellation, other than the total training fee paid.
