Terms & Conditions for all Readings

Refund Policy: Due to the customisation and sensitive nature of all psychic/trance-channelled services including readings and other spiritual services, no refunds will be given.

AngelGuidedMeditations.com was formed with the strategic mission to provide personal, phone and Internet readings to individuals that desire positive and helpful insight to present and future life issues.

AngelGuidedMeditations.com promises to use all reasonable endeavors to ensure that the clients to the service are given positive guidance, however if the client is requesting information relating to:

• • Legal matters : It is recommend that clients seek advice from a solicitor/ lawyer
  • Medical questions : the client must seek medical advice from a professional
  • Business questions : the client must seek further advice from a financial adviser
  • Mental disorders : the client must clarify their condition by taking Professional advice from a health professional

AngelGuidedMeditations.com shall not be held liable for any stress or loss of income caused by any persons or event incurred in the process of providing a service (readings) to the clients.

AngelGuidedMeditations.com will not be held responsible for any damages that are the result of using this site. This includes the below terms that are likely to cause damage:

• Failure of the site to conform to the manner or expectation you expected or desired
• Linguistic or other types of error
• Omissions
• Interruption in the services available on the website
• Computer virus delays

We are also not liable for any damages caused by:

• Damages caused to compensate someone from loss or injury
• Consequential Damages
• Incidental Damages

All readings and consultations are intended to offer an insight into a person’s personal life and do not in any way, constitute legal, financial, medical or professional advice.

By engaging in a reading with AngelGuidedMeditations.com, you understand that we do not diagnose illnesses, including questions pertaining to pregnancy and death.

It is stated in this contract that we will not be liable for the death or personal injury resulting from the negligence on our behalf, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

You understand that the use of this website and its services is merely for referencing purposes and is not intended to be regarded as professional judgment or advice.

Further, we do not represent that:

• the service will meet your requirements
• the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error free
• any results obtained from using the service will be accurate, complete or current

We or anyone involved with the provision of these services shall NOT be liable for any damages arising from the inability to use the services or from errors caused by negligence or otherwise. We are not liable for delays in providing information or carrying out our obligations due to factors beyond our control.

This site and its owners are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from using this site and its content. Please continue with this service and have an accurate psychic reading, you will not be disappointed.

Please note that your PayPal receipt is confirmation of your booking. In the event your booking is made by telephone, you will receive a booking confirmation via email. In the event that you left a holding deposit with us for a master class, and you then cancel, failure to pay for the class in full will result in legal action being taken.

No refund will be given for cancellations or non-attendance.

If you cannot attend the date of the master class, you may send someone else in your place and you may request any manuals or notes given out.

Transfers are considered as non-attendance and must be paid for again. Please remember, you can't buy tickets to a show, or book a holiday and then get your money back.

In the past we have had people change there mind at the last minute, please bear in mind that as a spiritual company we are not a multi-million pound organisation. Before you come we incur preparation, administration, material, house-keeping and catering costs, we simply cannot afford these losses.

Accommodation - Cancellations must be made at least seven days before the arrival date. If you have paid for the room in advance by debit/credit card, a full refund will be processed to the same debit/credit card providing you have given us at least seven day’s notice. A cancellation reference will be given and must be retained as proof of cancellation.

If you cancel a room reservation within seven days of the arrival date and have not already paid in full for the room in advance, you will be charged for all the accommodation per room booked.

The customer will be issued with a receipt for this charge.

Failure of the customer to cancel within seven days of the day of the arrival gives Harrison Training Limited the right to charge for accommodation and for the customer to not take up the accommodation per room booked as a ‘No Show/Non-attendance’.

The payment will normally be processed before 9am the next day.

Bookings made within SEVEN DAYS of arrival are non-refundable, and are subject to the standard cancellation terms.

MASTER CLASSES...

The price of the Master Class covers your day’s training and any hand-out material, teas and coffee at morning, and afternoon breaks. Please note that any overnight accommodation or parking fees (if applicable) are the sole responsibility of the delegate.
Group bookings of 5 or more delegates/Speaking engagements

You may cancel your booking in writing up to 35 days before the event is due to commence. All cancellations will be confirmed back to you and you will be refunded less 50% to cover administration costs and loss of income. If you need to cancel less than 35 days prior to the training then no refunds will be due.

The company reserves the right to alter any of the content at any time as part of continual improvement of the Master Classes. The company also reserves the right to cancel any scheduled training. In this instance you will be offered an alternative date of your choice, or a full refund will be given.

We will not be liable for any consequential or indirect losses including (without limitation) loss of profits, travel and accommodation costs, or contracts, or financial losses or any cancellation charges, howsoever caused or arising from this cancellation, other than the total training fee paid.** Transfer Fees – Please note that invoices in respect of transfer requests are due by return.

At the end of the master class you will be asked to fill in a feedback form. This form enables us to see where, if any, improvements can be made to our teaching methods or the content. The statements on these forms are also used for marketing purposes. Please advise us in writing before the class commences if you do not wish us to use your comments for marketing purposes.
