Why do you have to call us? This ensures we know you are sending goods back to us and we can ensure they are logged back when they arrive, so you can authorise your replacement or refund on the day we receive your parcel back.
Who pays for return postage costs

How to return an item
To return an item:
1. Call us on 01777 71099 or email us, and state you want to arrange a return.
2. Once you have been given a returns number, place a copy of your order in with your item. .
3.If photos of the item would be helpful for documenting the condition of the item you bought and received, you can email them to Customer Services. You can email your photos in the following formats (PNG, JPEG, BMP, or GIF; max size 5MB). .
4 Depending on the item you've purchased, in the event the item is damaged or faulty, we’ll will arrange for you to return the item back to us.
5. Pack the item carefully. Include the packing slip or copy of your order, and send the item back to the us. You must return the item – in the same condition as you received it – within 14 calendar days of requesting the return. It's good practice to include tracking information (if available) when returning an item.
6. Once we have has received your parcel, we’ll process a refund within 6 working days. If you have any problems, we’ll do our best to help resolve any issues.

Requesting a replacement item
If you would like to request a replacement item instead of a refund. Please call us first. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. There is also an additional Postage & Packing Charge for replacement items to be sent out to you, and you need to telephone us, so we can arrange for you to pay the additional shipping costs by debit or credit card.
To request a replacement, simply contact us on 01777 710999. Once approved, make sure you post the original item back to us within 14 calendar days of starting your request.
REFUNDSRefunds are given on physical goods ONLY.
In this Agreement the following words and expressions shall have the following meanings:-
"AngelGuidedMeditations" means Angel Guided Meditations, Registered in England: 03188825, Montagu House, London Road, Retford, Nottinghamshire, DN22 7JJ, United Kingdom
"Store" means any web based service operated by "AngelGuidedMeditations" for the purposes of marketing and retailing digital goods.
"Customer" means you the person purchasing "Digital Goods" from "Angelguidedmeditations"
"Author" means the person that has the Intellectual Property rights or rights to sell the "Digital Goods" via the "Store"
Words denoting the singular shall include the plural and vice versa and words denoting any gender shall include all genders.
The headings of the paragraphs of this Agreement are inserted for convenience of reference only and are not intended to be part of or to affect the meaning or interpretation of this Agreement.
Conditions of Sale
These Conditions of Sale govern the sale of "Digital Goods" by "AngelGuidedMeditations" to the "Customer".
1. The Contract
When you purchase "Digital Goods" from "AngelGuidedMeditations" via any of our "websites you will be required to click the "I Agree" tick box to complete the order. By clicking the "I Agree" tick box you are accepting these terms and conditions of sale. The contract for the purchase of any "Digital Goods" will be between the "Customer" and "AngelGuidedMeditations" and will only be formed when "AngelGuidedMeditations" make the "Digital Goods" available for download and we have received payment in full for the "Digital Goods". Until we make the "Digital Goods" available for download and receive payment in full there is no contract between the "Customer" and us for the "Digital Goods". "AngelGuidedMeditations" reserves the right, at our sole discretion to reject any order we receive. By placing an order with "AngelGuidedMeditations" you agree you are:-
- legally capable of entering into binding contracts
- at least 18 years old or are aged 16-18 and have read these terms of sale together with your parent and/or guardian who has explained these conditions of sale to you so that you fully understand them
2. Cancellation and Refunds
By purchasing "Digital Goods" from "AngelGuidedMeditations" who are based in the UK the "Customer" if also based in the UK is bound by the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. By downloading any "Digital Goods" from "AngelGuidedMeditations" the "Customer" is waiving their rights to the 14 day cooling-off period. If a UK based "Customer" wishes to retain their 14 day cooling-off period they must email us and NOT download the item for 14 days. In your email to us, you must make the following comment 'I wish to accept my 14 days cooling off period.' We will confirm receipt of your email by return. Accepting the 14 day cooling off period for digital goods means the "Customer" will not download their "Digital Goods" until the cooling off period has expired.
All sales of intangible digital goods are final. Refunds for any "Digital Goods" sold by "AngelGuidedMeditations" will only be considered for a refund if any of the following conditions apply:-
- The "Customer" is exercising their rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations for digital goods
- The "Digital Goods" were incorrectly described on the "Store"
- The "Digital Goods" are proven to be defective
All refunds will only be issued to the transaction ID related to the sale of the "Digital Goods".
3. Price and Payment
The price of any "Digital Goods" will be as quoted on the "Store" at the then current time, except in the case of obvious error. We will not accept any offers for "Digital Goods" other than at the then current price. Payment for all "Digital Goods" is processed securely by various third party payment gateway services and will be handled in the currency advertised on the "Store".
"Digital Goods" are delivered to the "Customer" by:-
- via download to the "Customer"'s personal desktop/laptop computer
- In the event of technical difficulties via transfer to the "Customer"'s Dropbox account
5. Customer Requirements
In order for the "Customer" to access the "Digital Goods" the "Customer" is required to have:-
- an internet connection
- a personal desk/laptop computer or mobile device capable of opening the "Digital Goods". We do not offer support for tablets/phones/gaming equipment.
6. Email Communications
In the process of purchasing "Digital Goods" from "AngelGuidedMeditations" the "Customer" email address will be subscribed to the "AngelGuidedMeditations" general email list.

You can check to see if the item has already been dispatched, if it hasn't call us straight away during our office hours of 9am - 5pm, however if the item(s) have been despatched once you receive the items that you no longer want, please return them in the normal way.
